Are you trying to delete the photos off your device? If so, our app cannot remove any content from your device. You will have to do that manually by going into your photos app for ios or gallery app for android and delete those photos manually :)
If you are trying to clear your photos for another transfer, "Clear all" should unselect your photos. If you experience any issues, please close the app out and relaunch it and let me know if you still experience problems with the 'clear all' not working properly or that your photos are still selected.

Also you can you try to use the web browser and see if the changes help at all? I would also like to suggest restarting your iPad and then relaunching everything to see if that helps alleviate the issue.

Are you using the desktop app? ( www.phototransferapp.com/desktop ). If you are having issues getting to your albums you can close out the app and launch your photos app first. This will refresh the photos library. Is the web browser not showing your photo albums or is it the app on the iPad?
Also, you should be able to transfer photos or videos with our app. Are you having troubles transferring videos as well?

Apple only allows third party apps to access your Camera roll / Album(s). Our app cannot grab videos that are in the 'videos' app. You could use our app to transfer your video from pc to iPhone into your camera roll by transferring from computer to iPhone : http://phototransferapp.com/help/ipho...
That should place your video in your camera roll and in an album you choose to put it in as well.

I would recommend that you make sure that there are no spaces in the naming scheme of your video(s). If there are, just simply rename them to exclude any and all spaces. Also make sure your videos are in a .MOV format.

Are you trying to create the album using the desktop app? Or on the web browser? Please note we have a desktop app for your mac that you can use. http://phototransferapp.com/mac/
What version of iOS are you using on your Device? Also make sure you are using the latest version of our app which is 4.2. I would recommend that you close out the app, launch your photos app first to ensure that your library is synced and then please launch our app again and attempt to create your album. What is the title of your album, perchance? Is it fairly short or long?
