We are not aware of a limit but we would not recommend creating hundreds of albums as it may get hard to manage on the iPad.

Does your video file name have any spaces in it? If so, please make sure to change your file name so it doesn't include any spaces. Just rename it with out the spaces and then see if that works.

Also you can open the Photos App first before opening our app. This will make sure that your photo database is in sync :)

Please try the desktop app to transfer more then 200 photos at a time. If you are transferring from Device to Device then you need to do it in batches of 200 photos for this version of the app : )

You need to have your photos located on your computer somewhere as our app cannot grab your photos directly from within iPhoto. Our app can't directly access photos from iPhoto but after you transfer photos with our app you will be able to see the photos transferred using iPhoto on your iPhone.

I would recommend closing out the app on your iPad and then relaunching our app on your device and computer. Then attempt your transfer again.

Are you using the desktop app? I tested it on my iPhone 4 / iPad running iOS 6.1.3 and I was able to transfer from pc to iPhone and visa versa so there shouldn't be a compatibility issue. What generation iPad are you on?

I want to apologies for the long delay in response!

Our app should only transfer your photos that you select through our app. Including photos that are in your album(s). Did you select the photos in the album you wanted to transfer only? Also note that our app doesn't modify anything on your device. Can you clarify what you mean that your albums where lost?

Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed and running on both iPads which is version 4.0. You should be able to tap on the album you wish to transfer and then tap on the photos you want to transfer from that album.

You can try closing out the app on both devices, launching your photos app on both devices and then launch our app. After you launch our app, make sure you clear all selections and then go to the album again and try to transfer your photos.

First and foremost, I want to apologies for the delay in response!

What iOS are you using on your iPhone? Please make sure you are on the latest version of our app which is version 4.0

If you are on iOS5 please verify that you have enabled Location Services for our app under Settings -> Location Services. If you don't see Location services listed then please look under General -> restrictions to see if it's turned ON.

For iOS6 the way to authorize apps to access your photos has changed on iOS6. Please go to this web address to get the instructions on how to enable access to your photos via the 'Privacy settings':

Please follow those instructions and let us know if it worked. If not, then you may need to restart our app. To do that, please double tab the 'Home button' of your device until the running apps appear and then hold your finger over our app and then tap the little '-' icon that appears over the icon. After that, launch our app and you should have access to your photos.

Thank you for posting your question here I will be happy to help you! I am sorry you are having issues with the app.

I would recommend that you close out the app and launch your Photos app first. Once you launch the photos app then launch our app and try to create your album again. Also as a test, you can open the photos app on your device, tap on 'edit' and from there you can add/delete albums. Try adding an album and then use our app to transfer to that album and see if you still get the same wait time as before.

Are you on a home wifi network or a public wifi network? When transferring you need to make sure that you keep the app running while you attempt to transfer. If you leave the app open to try and transfer it has the potential to time out which will result in your pictures not transferring over. How many photos are you trying to transfer at a single time? :)

Also I would like to suggest to please check your privacy settings or if you are on iOS5 your location services.
