Our app transfers your videos exactly as they appear on your device. What version of VLC media player are you using? I would like to recommend that you use Quicktime to view the video and see if this helps alleviate the issue with the playback.

In order to use our app to transfer to / from your device to laptop and visa versa your photos need to be in the Camera Roll to transfer. If you can export your photos into your camera roll via the app then our app can access them and transfer them :)

Yes! Our app will allow you to transfer photos & videos from your Mac to your iPod and iPad over a wifi network. You just need to install the app on your iDevices and then your ready to go! Note: If you use the same iTunes account you will not be charged twice to install the app as our app is a universal app :) So once you install it on your iPad (for example) you don't need to pay again to install it on your iPod.

Can you look for the app using "launchpad' (( link in regards to launchpad: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5548 )).

The app may still be running so check by using the "command + tab" keys to reveal the running apps.

The photos are sorted in the way they are added. Unfortunately there is very little that we can do about sorting since the organization of the photos depends on the native "Photos" app made by Apple. Hopefully they will come up with better organization tools in iOS7 which should come out in the summer.

As of right now Apple doesn't have a way to transfer your entire albums directly between your devices. However, you can use our app to transfer the photos within an album to/from your computer and to/from your iphone to ipad.
