Make sure that you keep the app running while you attempt to transfer a fairly large video. It might be best to try and sync that video with iTunes considering that's a rather large video file ( being 10 minutes ). Can you please try syncing it with iTunes to see if you experience any issues transferring it / syncing the video?

What format are the videos you are trying to transfer in? Make sure you keep the app running while you attempt to transfer your video and that you are on the same wifi network.

One thing you can try is force quitting the app. To do that double tap the home button on your device, tap and hold our app until it wiggles and hit the red "-". This will force quit the app. Once you do that, open your photos app first on your iPod and then from there launch our app and attempt your transfer of your video.

If your video is not in a compatible format you can use some free software to convert it into a .MOV format: http://handbrake.fr/

Have you tried transferring your video to an album that is already there? If not, please give that a try and see if the video transfer's over. Also what is the length/size of your video?

Please check to make sure you have your location enabled if you are on iOS6 or higher. To do so just go to settings -> privacy -> location services and make sure it's flipped to ON for our app.

If you continue to have problems please try to force quit the app and launch your photos app first then our app. To force quit the app just tap twice on the "home" button on your iPad, tap and hold our app until it wiggles and tap the red "-". Once you force quit the app please launch your photos app first on both devices then launch our app.

Please let me know if this helps or if you are running an iOS lower then 6.0!

Our app cannot transfer directly to iPhoto on your Mac. Once you transfer your photos from your device to your computer using our app then you should be able to open up iPhoto on your Mac and then import them that way.

If you want to transfer from Android to an iPad then you will have to purchase the app on both. We apologies for this incontinence but they are two different platforms; one with iTunes the other with Google Play market so we have to charge for both.

However our app is a universal app so once you purchase the app on both devices then you will not need to buy them again if you have other iDevices or Androids. You just need to use the same iTunes account or Google Play account and you can install them for free :)

Unfortunately that is how apple decided to handle albums. When you put a photo into an album it also copies it to your camera roll.

We wish that they would handle this in a different manner, but as I mentioned before, there isn't anything we can do about that as it has to do with Apple. :(

I would like to recommend a couple of things to try and see if this helps.

1. Please open your Photos App first and then launch our app and attempt your transfer again
2. Please check your permissions and make sure that they are allowed for our app

Our app can transfer to/from your device but please note that it cannot transfer directly from iPhoto.

If you wish to transfer your photos in a specific order then make sure you select your photos in the order you want them to appear. They should transfer over in that order :)

When you transfer from your computer to device, for example, to a newly created album the photos will end up in your album and your camera roll. Unfortunately this is how apple decided to handle photos and albums.
