Please make sure that you have the updated version of our app on both devices. 4.01 for iOS devices and 2.5.1 for Android. Also please let us know what type and version of devices you are using for both iPhone and iPad.

I would also like to suggest that you open the "Photos" app before opening our app to make sure your photo database is updated.

I am sorry for the long delay in response!

Are you using the desktop app per-chance? If not you can find more information as well as install / download it for free from here: www.phototransferapp.com/desktop

Once you install the app you can launch the app no your computer and your device and then from there, you can upload to your albums directly from the desktop app or you can use the web interface.

First and foremost I apologies for the delay in response!

I'm sorry you are experiencing issues with the app and connecting. Please make sure that you are on the same wifi network as the device you are sending to / from. Also make sure that you keep the app running while you attempt to connect so if you want to transfer to your iPod from computer or another device then you need to ensure that your device is connected to the same wifi network.

Do you have the app installed on your iPod as well ? Note: As long as you use the same iTunes account you will not be charged a second time to install the app.

We provide support for our app, photo transfer app, but I will be happy to help you. You will have to save the photo to your camera roll and once it's in your camera roll then you can use our app to transfer the photo :)

You need to install the app, launch it on both your PC and your iPad. Ensure that you are on the same wifi network and connected to the same wifi network and make sure you keep the app running on your iPad while you are connecting to your computer through the app.

Our app allows you to send multiple photos at a single time :) If you are going from iPhone to Mac you should be able to tap on all the photos you want to transfer in that album or camera roll or you can use the select all option at the top right of the screen when transferring / selecting the photos you would like to transfer.
