Transferring larger videos ( ie: 1 gig or higher ) can sometimes take a long time to transfer and, depending on your internet connection, might time out not enabling you to transfer it.
We recommend syncing larger videos with iTunes only because it might take a while to transfer and you might experience issues transferring such a large file over a wifi network.
Is there anyway that you can sync it with iTunes and see if it transfers over? Also are you have a specific problem with that particular video? One recommendation when you try again is to make sure that your iPad has enough storage (at least the 6GB) as our app needs to temporarily create a duplicate of the video to transfer it. Also, make sure that your iPad and PC are as close as possible to the wifi router to make sure that they get the best connection possible during the transfer.

What are you attempting to turn on? Are you trying to allow our app authorization to access your photo library? If you are on iOS5 please verify that you have enabled Location Services for our app under Settings -> Location Services. If you don't see Location services listed then please look under General -> restrictions to see if it's turned ON. For iOS6 the way to authorize apps to access your photos has changed on iOS6. Please go to this web address to get the instructions on how to enable access to your photos via the 'Privacy settings':

Please follow those instructions and let us know if it worked. Our app is a universal app so as long as you use the same iTunes account on your device when you initially setup your iTunes account ID with your device, then you do not need to pay twice for our app to install it on that same device. So example. Download it on an iPhone, you can install it without having to pay again on an iPad.

The videos transferred from a higher resolution device (iPhone 4S) to a lower capable device (iPad 2) are indeed resized to be able to be saved and played on the receiving device. This is actually the only time when the videos NEED to be resized because otherwise they would be rejected by the lower resolution device. What happens is that if we send the video 'as i' on the sender device (iPhone 4S in this case) the iPad 2 will reject it as it is not capable to play the video.
So we change the resolution of the video to the maximum resolution accepted by the receiving device. When sending from iPhone 4S to iPad 3 then there is no need to changing the video as the iPad 3 (a newer and more capable device) will be able to save and play the iPhone 4S videos. Again this only happens with videos (not photos) and only when transferring from a newer to older device.

Something to try to change the order of the uploads is to change the order the files are listed when they are selected on the screen. When you select the files on the computer there is a way to sort the files by "Modified date" and then select the files to be uploaded.
This sort order is done on the little window that appears when selecting the files, each column ( name, date, size etc ) can be sorted and then the files c an be chosen in that order.

What error message are you receiving? What version of our app are you running? Make sure you are running version 2.5.1 for Android device(s).
I would like to recommend that you close out the app and launch your gallery app first, then launch our app. Make sure your Android is connected to the same wifi network as the computer you are trying to send too. Are you on a home network or a public network perchance?
If you are on a home network you can try restarting your wireless router to ensure there is a fresh connection and then reconnect and attempt your transfer again.

Yes. We have discovered a naming scheme issue with videos when you are transferring videos over with spaces in the name. If you remove the space the video should transfer over (as you've seen). The developing team is aware!

Thank you for posting your question with us! I apologies for the long delay in response!
When you use our app to transfer, your photos should go to your desktop or to a default folder that you have set up for where your online content goes after you download it.
If you use the desktop app, then you can choose where you want your photos / videos to transfer to. If you used the web browser then you can look for photos.zip which is the .zip file that downloads to your computer.
Did you unzip the photos.zip file? Make sure you unzip the file first and then try to locate / view your downloaded photos :)
