The app transfers the photo exactly as it appears on your computer/device. If you want to put a different time stamp or change the time stamp unfortunately it is not possible at this current time.

Your photo will be transferred as it is from the iPhone to computer and will have the time stamp as it was taken on the iPhone. It will also get time stamped as it was on the computer.

Did you create the album using the transfer page? Photos will end up in the camera roll and also in the newly created album when you transfer them. We wish it was different but that is how Apple has handled the photos app and albums.

You can always move the photos to a different album using the photos app. In the album view in the Photos App you can create new albums iOS5 and move photos to a different album.

Is this issue only with our app or have you experienced this with other apps?

Did you donwload it from the app store from iPad or iPhone? I would recommend that you turn your device on and restart it. If you still cannot see it, I would recommend you go to the app store and try to download it again. Do not worry, it will not charge you twice as long as you use the same iTunes account that you used to originally purchase the app.

What device was the video created with? iPhone? Camera? Also did you edit the video in anyway? Are you trying to transfer from device to computer? or computer to device?

I would recommend you to try to download or update Quicktime from Apple. This could be causing the issue of your video not being able to play.

Are you still using the same wifi network as you used before to transfer your photos? Did you modify the photos in anyway before transferring? Using an app or some other software?

I would recommend that you close the app out and then relaunch it. After you relaunch it then try the transfer again to see if you receive the same error.

We just discovered a bug with the video upload function that is causing a issue with some video uploads causing the problem that you are experiencing. We already fixed it and we will be publishing an update to the app store very soon.

Apple takes a few days to approve an update so we expect the update with this fix to be available very soon. I apologize sincerely for this issue.

Thanks for posting your question here. I'm really sorry you are having issues with the app. We are aware of a bug with the video upload function that is causing some videos to be saved as JPG files. I'm really sorry about this, we already fixed the issue and submitted an update to Apple for review. Apple takes a few days to review and approved software updates so now we are just waiting for them to release the update.

You could try transferring a photo from iPad to computer and then back to the computer using our app.

The resulting image should be exactly the same. The app transfers the photos in full resolution in both directions from iPad to computer and from computer to iPhone. The photos get reduced only when using iTunes. Our app preserves the full resolution image on the device. When viewing an image on the device Apple internally uses a reduced version of the image to be displayed on the screen (To avoid loading the full resolution image on the device) but the full resolution representation is still there. It is simply not used for displaying on the screen. That is how Apple designed the "Photos" app and unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it.

Unfortunately, as of right now that feature is not available with our app. We do appreciate the suggestion and feedback but you need to have a computer to transfer photos using our app.
