I am trying to transfer photos from my PC to my Ipad. It keeps telling me that my quicktime is out of date. I have the latest version of it. It doesn't seem to recognize it.

Are you using the desktop app to transfer from PC to iPad? ( www.phototransferapp.com/desktop ) you can install it for free and use the desktop app to transfer from PC to iPad.
Is our app requesting Quicktime? If you are using the desktop app please make sure you have the latest version of adobe air: http://get.adobe.com/air/
