Purchasing app

If you have already purchased the app for iPad you can install it on your iPhone without paying for it twice. Our app is a universal app so as long as you use the same iTunes account for your iPhone you shouldn't have to pay again for it.

If you are trying to install the app onto your computer, you can go here to install it on your mac: http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/photo-...

Also make sure you have the app installed on your device :) Just tap on the App store on your device and look for Photo Transfer App and download / install our app.
