Make sure you are using 4.0 of our app :) Please open our app, tap on the gear icon at the top left hand corner. There will be an option for "Authorize to Connect". Make sure it is turned to ON!
Also you might want to make sure your Privacy settings are enabled to have access as well. Please go to this web address to get the instructions on how to enable access to your photos via the 'Privacy settings':

Please follow those instructions and let us know if it worked. If not, then you may need to restart our app. To do that, please double tab the 'Home button' of your device until the running apps appear and then hold your finger over our app and then tap the little '-' icon that appears over the icon. After that, launch our app and you should have access to your photos.

Have you attempted to use the desktop app perchance? You can find more information as well as download it for free here: www.phototransferapp.com/desktop
Make sure that you do not have any blank or nameless album. Sometimes there are nameless album's in your library and if they are in there make sure you delete them and try to launch the app again and attempt your transfer. Make sure you are on the latest version of our app which is 4.0. You can also close out the app, launch your photos app first and then launch our app and attempt to transfer your videos.
Did you take all the videos with your iDevice or did you import a few of them from another source? Also make sure that you have enough free space on your iDevice. Sometimes the app will crash if you do not have enough free space to transfer a video or larger files.

Our app will transfer to/from your albums that you create on your iPad directly or, you can use our app to create your albums as well! So any albums you created on your iPad our app can grab from those albums and transfer to/from those albums! So however many albums you have, our app can transfer to those ones created on your iPad (or created using our app).
As far as your inquiry about moving / deleting; Our app doesn't have the functionality of moving or deleting albums. You will have to do those manually on your iPad :)

It seems that we have an issue with the introduction screen when your iPad is still running iOS4.3. The solution to this is to update your iPad to iOS5 or iOS6 which are the most recent versions of the operating system published by Apple. To do that please connect your iPad to the computer you normally sync and update to iOS5 or iOS6.
You need to have at least iOS4.3 to at least be able to install the app on your device. Unfortunately Apple does NOT allow installation of iOS4.3 on iPhone 3G. We are looking into this situation but unfortunately Apple has dropped support of the new versions of iOS on iPhone 3G and they dont accept new apps or updates for iOS lower then 4.3.

I would recommend uninstalling it and reinstalling the app on your device using the App store. If you select the photos in the order in which you want them to appear in your camera roll our app should transfer them over in that order you desire :)
