Did you tap on the cloud icon with the arrow going down? If you still aren't able to download it, you can always turn off your device, then launch the app store again. Try downloading it again!

Our app should work with the first generation iPad as long as you are on the latest iOS that the 1st gen iPad can handle which you mentioned you are in your first post. Sometimes that error message can sometimes be a little more specific and not pertain so much to the actual version of the app but sometimes, to the connectivity.

What version of our app are you currently running?

My apologies for the long delay in response back to you. I will be happy to assist you.

I would like to suggest downloading our classic windows version which will let you use the app in a friendlier way and allow you to delete. http://phototransferapp.com/win/

Once you discover your devices, your photo's should show up. Have you tried our walk throughs: http://phototransferapp.com/help/win/">http://phototransferapp.com/help/win/

That walk through is tailored just for the desktop app.

If you are using our desktop app then yes you can drag and drop photos into the desktop app and it should transfer them over. If you are using the web browser and going from device to windows, you should see your albums listed once you discover your devices. From there simply click on the photos and at the top hit "download selected" once you're done.

I will forward your suggestion to the development team for consideration. When you "select all" it will grab all the photos on that page and if you want to select more then that, then simply hit the next page and "select all" again.

Good Morning!

Once you select your first 100 you just need to go to "the next page" and from there, it should allow you to select an additional 100 ( or whatever is on the page if it is fewer then 100 ). This will allow you to transfer more then 100 photos at a time given all the photos where taken with the device and not synced with iTunes.

Something to consider and make sure you have updated is Adobe Air. You can check here: https://get.adobe.com/air/">https://get.adobe.com/air/

Also can you verify if the photos you are trying to transfer, all they all photos you took with the device? Are they in a Shared Photos ( ie: iCloud Photo Stream enabled ).

My apologies on the long delay in response back to you on this.

If you are referring to our desktop app, I would recommend downloading the update from our website directly ( www.phototransferapp.com/desktop ) and then ensure t downloads fully. Extract the zip file and run the .exe file.

I would also like to recommend that you make sure you are running the latest version of adobe air https://get.adobe.com/air/

I would recommend that you uninstall and reinstall Adobe Air. https://get.adobe.com/air/

Once you reinstall adobe air, restart your computer and then relaunch our desktop app and see if that doesn't alleviate the issue!

You can also use the web browser if the desktop app isn't working or you are still having troubles.

Our app should be able to read photos that are in a JPG, GIF or PNG format. Our app also opens up RAW photos as well. So is the error you are having directly with our app not being able to see/recognize the file format?

What is the IP address that the app is reporting for you to insert? Connection via a cable should not be a problem with our app. I would like to recommend that you try using the web browser interface to transfer and see if you still experience the same issues.
