Thank you for posting your question here, I will be more then happy to assist you with our app and getting it to work.

What version of our app are you running? If you recently updated our app I would like to recommend the following: close our app -> turn off/on your device. This will ensure a fresh restart. Relaunch our app and the desktop app ( making sure both are on the same wifi network ) and then try to discover your device. If you recently updated the app some users have reported the same issue but after restarting their device, the error didn't appear.

Please let me know if this helps, or if you continue experiencing the same error message!

Thank you for posting your question here with us, my apologies on the long delay in response back to you.

Apple has it's own naming scheme, unfortunately. As a result it tends to rename files when they're transferred from computer to iPhone / device.

The development team is aware of this and are looking into potential ways to remedy this.  Please let me know if you have any other questions about our app, I will be more than happy to help you!

Did you take all the photos with your iPhone or did you happen to sync them with iTunes? After you discover your devices your albums should appear in the next step. Are you using our desktop app or web browser?

What software are you using to edit these photos? Where they taken with the device? Or did you happen to transfer them with iTunes?

That's rather odd as you've had no trouble with any other images / photos. Just to make sure, go to the settings of our app ( the cog icon ) and make sure that you have "use original version" off. This will allow edited versions that contains edits like rotation, filters etc, to be transferred.

Thank you for posting your question here with us, I'm sorry you are experiencing some issues with our app.

How many photos / videos are you trying to transfer? Are you transferring them to an album you created via our app / your device? Or are these albums you created with iTunes? Or is it only with a newly created album you made? 

Can you try transferring the photos over by uploading them from your computer instead of dragging them and letting us know if you still get this error? Do you receive any error like this when transferring to the same album via the web browser?

The reason why you might be having issues transferring is because of the storage you have on your device. You need to have at least some space left on your iPhone to transfer photos. Can you possibly delete just a few and then try to transfer?

My apologies for the delay in response back to you! Is there any way that you could attach a screenshot of what you are seeing that way I can get an idea of what might be going on?

If you tap on our app, tap send/receive, then hit "select" it should launch your albums to allow you to transfer when going from Android to Mac.

Please let me know if you can get a screen shot !

Thanks for posting your question here with us, my apologies for the delay.

Our in app plugins are available for free with the latest update of our app. You should be able to use your username/password to login to whatever Dropbox account you have. Is our app prompting you to pay? Are you running the latest version of our app?

When you login to Dropbox you won't need to login again ( that's if you don't log out ). It should remember your username/password so Photo Transfer App and Dropbox will work together inside the app itself. It won't launch the Dropbox app ( if you have it ) but instead work inside Photo Transfer App.

Thank you for posting your question here with us, I will be happy to assist you! Our app doesn't modify your photos or videos when transferring and it should retain the original metadata. If you open the photos in another program say on your computer, is the 'creation' date the transfer date?
