Make sure the video is in a .MOV format to transfer. Make sure you keep the app running when you attempt to transfer the video. Also are you transferring over a home wifi network or a public wifi network?

When you attempt to transfer it back to your iPhone from the PC do you receive any error messages per chance? Also did you make any modifications to the video or was it taken from the iPhone 4S?

You actually don't need to have anything installed on your computer, so the version of your MAC shouldn't matter. As long as you have the app installed on your iPhone/iPad/iPod you should be able to transfer photos/videos while using our app.

On your computer you only need a web browser like Internet Explorer/Safari/Chrome, etc. to transfer photos.
