My apologies for the delay in response I will be happy to assist you with our app!
I would like to recommend that you please close out our app, turn off / on your wifi and then reconnect ensuring that your devices are both on the same wifi network then please try to connect again.
Are you using just souly your hotspot to connect? Or do you have access to a wifi network?
I would like to suggest touch "Discover Devices" button a couple of times as sometimes it may take a couple of attempts for the app to discover the devices. Also you can close out the app and start it again, that will force the app to 'broadcast' itself on the network again and then touch "discover devices" button on the other device to try to re-discover it.
Another solution you can attempt: Please reset your wifi network and then join the network again from the devices.

It seems that our app may not be reading the address of your device when either using the device as a hotspot or when the device uses the non-standard wifi interface correctly. To figure out the address of your device please follow these steps:
1. Open the 'Settings' app on your device
2. Touch on the 'Wifi' options
3. Touch on the wifi network that you are currently connected to
4. Scroll down until you see the field: "IP address" and note it
After you have the 'IP address' go back to our app and then use the address you noted on the previous steps to connect to the app.

The latest version for the desktop app for the Mac is version 2.1. If you are running 2.1 then you are running the latest version of the mac app. If you launch our desktop app and click on "about" this should tell you what version of our app your running.
If you are experiencing issues with the Mac app you can still use the web browser to transfer your photos via our app.

You can use the app to transfer photos and video to your PC and any iDevice (and between iDevices) but it doesn't allow you to delete the photos off your iDevice directly.
Apple does not allow apps to delete photos or modify content off your device so you will have to do it manually from where your photos are stored in the camera roll. If your photos are stored in another album then you need to use iTunes to delete those photos/videos by sync/unsync your photos/videos.

Our app cannot delete any content that is on your device as Apple doesn't allow 3rd party apps to remove or modify content. So in order to remove photos you will have to do it manually on your iPad.
Open up your Photos App on your iPad and then tap on the photo you want to delete. There should be a little trashcan icon or an icon that allows you to delete your photo.
You can also delete or remove photos from your device by unsyncing them from iTunes.
