My apologies for the delay in response back to you! I'm sorry you are having trouble with the app!

1. The photos that are not appearing, where they all taken with the device or did you sync these with iTunes?
2. The videos, are they all stored in the camera roll / photos app? Please note our app cannot grab videos out of the "videos app".

I would like to recommend that you please close our app, turn off/on your device, when it comes back on then please launch our app and try transferring some photos once more. We've found that some users experienced the same problem just shortly after updating the app.

Sorry for the delay in responding back to you on this! Unfortunately that is due to how Dropbox stores the files and not to our app. The file creation date is not something we can control on Dropbox, however the metadata inside of the photos still stores the right creation date, it is just the file creation date that Dropbox assigns when the file is uploaded.

My apologies for the long delay in response back to you! The app should work on iOS7 but it's always best to ensure that you update the app and your iOS for security and stability reasons.

Also note: We are pushing another update with our app soon to fix a few found bugs, so check the app store "update" section in the next couple of days to ensure you are on the latest version!

Thank you for posting your question, I will be happy to assist you with our app.

The photos that aren't appearing, did you take these photos with your iPhone? Or did you happen to sync them with iTunes? I would suggest that you close out our app, turn off/on your device, launch our app and then please try to transfer your photos again.

Another thing you can try is to take a photo with your iPhone and try to upload that to Flickr and see if the photo is available.

Just to clarify, what version of our app are you now currently running? I would recommend that you close out our app, turn off/on your device to allow it a fresh restart then relaunch our app and let me know if you still get the error message about having or needing the latest version of our app.
