Thanks for your question. Our app can transfer RAW files/photos from iPad to computer via http (Through a webpage). Our app can also read any format but unfortunately we don't support FTP.
Please note that our app does allow you to transfer RAW files from iPad to Computer but it does not support transferring RAW files from computer to iPad.

Did you try downloading the app again directly from the iPad using the 'App Store'? If yes, then you can try searching for the iPad using the search function on the first 'app pages'. Click the iPad's home button and the go to the very fist app page (the one for search), then type 'Transfer' and hopefully the app will show up there. Maybe the app is hidden somewhere inside of a folder?
Another option is to connect your iPad to your computer using the white USB cable. Then, launch iTunes, select your iPad from the menu on the left and the go to the 'Apps' tab. Then, scroll on the apps installed and make sure that the checkbox for 'Transfer' (our app) is selected from the menu. Then do a synch again to make sure that the app installs.

Yes our app allows you to transfer from iDevice to iDevice using bluetooth. To select this option, all you have to do is press "send" on the device you want to send photos from and then "receive" on the receiving device.

Did you recently update your iDevice to iOS5? If so, make sure you are running the latest version of our app 3.0 as it addresses the issues that the older version was experiencing with iOS5. Zip files not loading images properly included in that fix with the update.

To select multiple photos to upload from computer to your iPad you need to press the 'Apple' key on mac as you select the photos that you want to transfer from your computer. Pressing this key will allow you to select and transfer multiple photos at one time. This will send it to a .zip file where you can download all of the photos at once.

When you receive the .zip file on your computer did you unzip the files? When you transfer photos from your iDevice to your computer it .zips the photos/videos and you need to extract them. To extract them right click on the .zip file and hit "Extract Files". You can choose to extract them to a new folder or at the location where the .zip file is, for example; to your desktop.
I would also suggest you right-click the 'Download photos as zip file' on the transfer web page to be able to select where to save the photos using the 'Save linked file as..' menu.

1. Have you attempted to close out the app on both devices? and then relaunch the app and attempt the transfer again with a smaller batch of photos (maybe 5 or 10) and see if the app crashes then? Also are you running on a home wifi network or a public wifi network?
2. The photos will be saved in the same sequence as they are selected on the PC. The order depends on the order they are selected on the computer. So if you select them how you want them ordered on your PC they should transfer to your iPhone in that sequence. It should be the same as selecting from iDevice to iDevice.
3. Are all the photos in a JPG, GIF or PNG format? Where they formatted using any photo editing software?
4. With the update of the new version of iOS5 Apple decided to handle albums by duplicating all photos created in albums and sending it to the Camera Roll. We wish that it was handled differently, but unfortunately there isn't anything we can do as it has to do with Apple.
