Hi Alex,
Currently we only support transferring photos over bluetooth. To transfer videos from iPhone to iPad you need a wifi connection. This is because of the speed of transfer and the potential size of the videos.
Please let us know if you have any other question or comment.
Kind regards,
Enrique

Unfortunately we can't distribute an older version that is compatible with 3.1, you would have to have 4.0 at least. Sorry about this.
There is no really a way to emulate a wifi hotspot unfortunately. Apple does not allow such a functionality from a third party app.

Yes, send us an email and we will send you the instructions. Regards!
Hi Mike,
You are right, I originally though that it would disable the warning permanently for that folder but as you noted it would only do it for the files already on that folder :(
Now, did you test selecting all photos and then double-clicking on them? That should prompt the warning but only once. Then, your photos should be open with the Preview app so you can see them. After that you should be able to drag and drop them to any software on your computer.
Let me know when you have a chance to try that.
Greetings,
Enrique

Dear Ken,
Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having problems with the app. We discovered a bug with the video upload function that is causing an issue with some video uploads related to the problem that you are experiencing. We already fixed it and we sent an update to the Apple for review. Apple takes a few days to approve an update so we expect the update with this fix to be available very soon. I apologize sincerely for this issue. Thanks for your patience. I will get back to you as soon as the update is released.
Best regards,
Enrique

Hello,
Thanks for posting your question here. We are actually preparing a major update for the upcoming release of iOS5 that will fix this issue. I apologize for this problem! As a (really ugly) workaround you could select the photos manually on the reverse order that you want them to be saved, the selection on the iPhone will determine the order on the iPad. I guess you could try that for now if you need your photos transferred on the same order but we will fix this soon.
Thanks again for your feedback. I will post something here when iOS5 and our update comes out.
Kind regards,
Enrique

Dear John,
Thanks for posting your question here. I'm sorry you're having problems with the app. Did you recently upgraded to iOS4? It looks like some iPods and iPhones are having this issue with the photos in the photo library after upgrading to iOS4.
Try to email a photo from the photo library to yourself for example. The people who have contacted us with the same problem as you have reported that they can't email photos from their photo library either which means that somehow the data of their Photo Library photos is missing or corrupted.
If you try sending a photo from the photo library by email and you get no photo then try to sync your iPhone with your computer. Then delete the 'iTunes cache folder' inside of the folder where you keep your photos and then sync again. It looks like doing this has helped some of our customers.
Here is another discussion about this problem:

Let us know if the same problem occurred when you email a photo to yourself and let us know if deleting the 'iTunes cache folder' before synchronizing helped.
Kind regards,
Enrique

Hello,
Thanks again for your feedback. The problem with the modification date lies on how the files are saved. When the photos are downloaded using the zip file our application can create the photo files with their original date and add the files to the zip file. After the zip file is downloaded to your computer and is extracted to a new folder the photo files preserve their modification date. However, when downloading individual files the modification date becomes the date when the file was downloaded and saved to the computer.
We will definitely take a look at this issue again to see if there is a better way to handle this problem. I apologize for this inconvenience. We hope to have a fix for this soon.
Best regards,
Enrique
