Dear David,

I'm sorry you are having problems with the app. Are you using the same wifi network as before? From the address that you are getting it looks like you may be connecting from a large network. Are you using a hotel/coffe shop or another type of public wifi network? Some wifi networks "isolate" the devices connected to it preventing communication across the network.

If that's the case, then you can try creating an 'ad-hoc' network between your computer and your device. An 'ad-hoc' network is a direct network between your computer and your device. Here are the instructions on how to create the network using Vista and XP:

Please let us know if you are connected to a public wifi network and if you have a chance to try the 'ad-hoc' network. We will be happy to continue helping you.

Kind regards,

Enrique

Hello,

Thanks for posting your question here. I'm sorry you are having problems with the app. Is the reboot occurring when you scroll really fast on the photos? I would recommend to delete some of the photos to reduce the total number of images stored on the album. It looks like there is a problem with the iPad 'Photos' app that is causing the crash when there are a lot of photos stored on one single album. Here are couple of links with some discussions about the problem:

In any case I would recommend to have a max of 300 to 400 pictures on the album to avoid this problem. Unfortunately for now Apple does not allow 3rd. party apps to place photos in different albums or to create new albums.

Also, we haven't seen this problem occurring on the latest update of the iPad OS (3.2.2) so I would also recommend to connect your iPad to your computer, launch iTunes and update to the most recenter version of the iPad OS .

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you need any further help. We will be glad to assist you.

Kind regards,

Enrique

Hello Marc,
Thanks for posting your question. This issue seems to be very similar to the one posted here:

http://getsatisfaction.com/photo_tran...

We are working on an update for this. It looks like the thumbnails on iPhone 4 are bigger than in the previous OS version so that's why they are not correctly displayed. I apologize for this issue. We will have a fix soon.

I will post something here when the update is ready.

Let us know if you have any other question or comment. Kind regards,

Dear Chris,

Thanks for posting your question here. That's strange. Normally the transfers from device to computer should be quite fast - as fast as device to device or even faster.

Do you have other downloads happening on your computer at the same time? I would recommend to pause any other download happening on the computer and to stop any other streaming service like internet radio stations when you are trying to transfer from device to computer.

The other thing you may want to try is to turn off wifi on your computer and then turn it back on to join your wifi network again to see if that helps. You can also try resetting your wifi router to make sure that all connections get refreshed.

Let us know if you continue having problems and tell us what type of wifi router you are using. Maybe there is something that needs to be modified in the configuration.

Best regards,

Enrique

Dear Melissa,

Thanks for posting your question here. I'm sorry you're having problems with the app. Did you recently upgraded to iOS4? It looks like some iPhones are having this strange issue with the photos in the photo library after upgrading to iOS4.

To verify this issue try to email yourself one of the same photos that you tried transferring with our software. The people who have contacted us with the same problem as you have reported that they can't email photos from their photo library either which means that somehow the data of their Photo Library photos is missing or corrupted (which is totally unrelated to our application).

If that is the case I would recommend to do this: connect your iPhone to your computer, then select your iPhone on iTunes (from the left menu) and then go to the 'Photos' tab. Next, unselect the albums that you have selected and do a synch (this will delete the photos on those albums on your iPhone) then after the synch is completed select the the same albums as before and synch again (this will copy all photos again to your iPhone). I believe that doing this will force the photo catalog to be recreated again on your iPhone.

Here is a discussion about this same issue:

I hope this helps. Let me know how if the suggestion above helped and if you were able to email yourself one of the same photos that you tried transferring.

Best regards,

Enrique
