videos from my computer to ipad end up as blank jpegs

Using original ipad. Have original AVI video on computer and use software to convert it to .mov. When I use this app to transfer the "new" .mov video, it shows up only as a blank jpeg. Please advise

Dear Ken,

Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having problems with the app. We discovered a bug with the video upload function that is causing an issue with some video uploads related to the problem that you are experiencing. We already fixed it and we sent an update to the Apple for review. Apple takes a few days to approve an update so we expect the update with this fix to be available very soon. I apologize sincerely for this issue. Thanks for your patience. I will get back to you as soon as the update is released.

Thanks for the response. This video upload process worked a few months ago. Was there an update to the app that caused the bug this time?

Hi Ken,
Yes, unfortunately the new update caused this bug but is already fixed and we are just waiting for Apple to approve the update hopefully soon! I will post something again when the update is released. Thanks for your patience!
