The update that fixes this issue was approved by Apple today and is now available on the app store. Please go ahead and update the app to the latest version (3.01). I'm sorry it took sooo long to have the update released, at the end we really don't know why Apple hold the review for so long but we are happy that the update is finally available.

Unfortunately, Apple has not yet approved our update. This is the longest we've waited for an update and we really don't know what's going on with Apple taking so long to review our update. We will post something here as soon as we get this update approved. Sorry again and thanks for your patience.

Hi Paul,
What brand/model of wifi router do you have? Some wifi routers like the Apple Airport Extreme or some models of the Cisco Valet router can create 2 networks: A main network and a guest network. The guest network prevents all communication between devices which may cause the issue that you are experimenting. So if you have one of these routers just make sure that you are using the main network and not a guest network.
