Hi Patrick,

Thanks for the extra details. Deleting the app should delete all the contents that it stores. It is strange that the settings app is still showing the space because it should delete all the contents as well as temporary files when you delete it.

The app needs to store the videos temporarily while you transfer them and we save them to the camera roll. The videos should clear out after they are saved to the camera roll unless there is an issue with the saving of the file which may be the case. The files are stored on the temporary directory of the app which should also be cleared out when the app is uninstalled.

Please try to delete the app and install it again to see if the space is cleared out. Another thing to try is to do a sync with iTunes to see if that helps clearing the space.

I hope this helps. Let us know how things go after re-installing the app and synching with iTunes.

Regards,

Enrique

I just sent you an email to answer your question :)
We are just waiting for Apple to approve the update that fixes this issue. I'm sorry about the delay, Apple takes several days to review and approve updates and now we are just waiting for them since last Wednesday (8 days ago). Hopefully they will review and approve the update very soon. Thanks for your patience!
Hi Gregory,

Thanks for posting your question here. I'm really sorry you are having issues with the app. We are aware of a bug with the video upload function that is causing some videos to be saved as JPG files. I'm really sorry about this, we already fixed the issue and submitted an update to Apple for review. Apple takes a few days to review and approved software updates so now we are just waiting for them to release the update.

I'm sorry again, thanks for your patience. I will get back to you as soon as the update is released.

Best regards,

Enrique

That address looks perfectly fine. What type of wifi router do you have? Is it a home network or a public network? If you have a 'Cisco Wallet' router please make sure that you are using the main network and not a guest network because the guest network prevents the devices to talk to each other.

Also, one thing you may want to try is to turn off your iPhone or iPad and turn in back on, then join the network again to make sure that all connections are refreshed.

I hope this helps!

Enrique

Please read your inbox, we sent you some instructions on how to setup the pre-release version that fixes the issue.
Dear Sheryl,

Thanks for posting your question here. I'm sorry you are having issues with the app. The issue with iPhone 4S videos is that they are in 1080p resolution and currently the iPad 1 cannot handle videos on that resolution. Our app transfers the videos in full resolution and when they are received by the iPad 1 they are rejected by the photos app.

The good news is that we fixed this issue by reducing the resolution of the video before transferring it and we submitted an update to Apple with a fix for this. We are currently waiting for Apple to review and approve the update hopefully in the next couple of days.

I'm sorry about this issue. Thanks for your patience. I will publish something here when the update becomes available.

Kind regards,

Enrique

Hello,

Thanks for posting your question here. I'm sorry you are having problems with the app. To transfer multiple photos you need to press the 'Ctrl' key on windows or the 'Apple' key on Mac to be able to select multiple files at the same time.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you continue having problems and tell us what version of iOS you are using. We will be glad to help.

Kind regards,

Enrique

Hi Ron,

Thanks for contacting us. The photos are saved to the 'Saved photos' album on your iPad (or to the 'Camera roll' if you have an iPad 2). iTunes will allow you to sync other albums to your iPad but not the 'Saved Photos' album. You should be able to use iPhoto to view and download photos from the 'Saved photos' album (if you have a mac).

As far as being able to put photos into separate files/folders, unfortunately placing photos in different albums in the native 'Photos' app is currently not possible with a third party app. All photos are currently saved to the 'Camera roll' or the 'Saved photos' album.

Apple does not provide an approved way to save photos to a new album or even to create one, this can only be done using iTunes. We are limited with the access that Apple gives developers to the iPhone/iPad photos and it is currently very restricted. The good news is that Apple announced iOS5 and they will allow album creation now so we will incorporate this for iOS5 when is released in the Fall.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you have any other question or comment.

Kind regards,

Enrique
