Hi Don,
Try to open the 'Photos' app before opening our app, sometimes the photo library needs to be updated before our app can read the albums. Also, try to "force quit" the app by double clicking the iPhone's home button and then touching the icon for couple of seconds. Once you do that open the app and the albums should load in couple of seconds. I hope this helps. Let me know if that worked.
Kind regards,
Enrique

Dear David,
Thanks for posting your question here. Transferring 100 photos should take just couple of minutes, if the transfer is stuck at 3% it is possible that there was a network connection error that cause the transfer to stop. I would recommend to stop the transfer and try it again. Also, what type of wifi network are you using? We recommend you to use a network that does not have many devices connected to it and also to be close to the wifi router to make sure that you have the best connection/speed possible.
I hope this helps you! Let us know if you need more assistance.
Kind regards,
Enrique

Another suggestion is to make sure that 'Location services' is enabled for our app. Apple requires Location Services to be activated for apps reading from the photo library since your photos may be geotagged. You can check this opening the 'Settings' app on your device and then touching 'Location services'.

Hi Taylor,
Yes, when transferring from android to iPhone you would have to buy the app on the Android Market and then on the iPhone. Unfortunately we don't have a mechanism to know when a user already has the app on either platform so we are charging for the app on both right now.
Let us know if you have any other question or comment.
Kind regards,
Enrique

Hi Karen,
I'm sorry you are having issues with the app. Please go to the place on your hard drive where you save the zip file and right-click over the file. Then choose the option to 'Extract'. That should create a new folder with all the photos that you transferred and you should be able to edit and manipulate those files. The problem occurs when you try to edit the files without having extracted them.
I hope this helps.
Kind regards,
Enrique

One other quick suggestion is to try to convert your video to MOV format using a tool like this:

Dear Rich,
Thanks for contacting us. The app should work with no issues in terms of discovery on the new iPad. I would suggest you to simply restart the iPad and join your wifi network again to see if that helps. Also, try to restart your wifi router to make sure that all connections are refreshed.
The issue with the photo selector has been fixed and we will be pushing an update very soon - Apple takes a few days to review and update so it should be available sometime at the end of this week or early next week.

Yes, this would be ideal indeed. It would be great to be able to access and save videos to the Videos app to avoid this type of confusion. For now, the only thing we can do is to submit a feature request through the Apple's bug reporting system, although most likely this has been already submitted by other developers (I will look into this).
Another quick suggestion is to simply restart your iPad (by pressing the power button for a few seconds). Sometimes a restart helps getting everything back to normal with the app store app. Hopefully this helps you!

Enrique

Thanks for posting your question here. The file limit is actually 1 GB but if you were going over it the app would tell you. What type of wifi network are you using? I would recommend to use a network that does not have many devices connected to it and to be as close as possible to the wifi router to ensure the fastest connection. It should take several minutes to transfer a 1 GB file. I hope this helps. Let us know if you have more questions.

Enrique
