As I mentioned earlier the update was released couple of weeks ago and it should fix the issue with the videos. What is the format of your video? Have you tried transferring the video again? Let me know.

Thanks for posting your question here. I'm sorry you are having issues with the app. I would recommend you to delete the black photos and try the transfer again. Before you start the transfer please start the 'Photos' app and then our app to make sure that the photo database is up to date. If you continue having issues please tell us what type of photos (format) you are trying to upload and if they are in very high resolution.

Hi Mike,

Can you try emailing one of those photos from the 'photos' app and see if you can get it on your inbox? We have seen some iPods and iPhones having an issue where the data for the full resolution image is not present after upgrading to iOS5. Let us know when you have a chance to email yourself a photo.

Are you sure is our app that you purchased? Our app is only available in English so it is impossible that it displays in chinese. Our app is called 'Photo Transfer App', are you sure is the one you downloaded?

I'm sorry you are having issues with the app. Make sure that the app is running on your device and that you are using the address currently provided by the app as it may change from time to time. Also, make sure that your device is still connected to the same wifi network. Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having issues with the app. On the iPad 1 the photos will be saved to the 'Saved photos' album instead of the 'Camera roll'. Did you look for the photos on that album?

If the photos are not saved on the 'Saved photos' album then can you tell us what type of photos you were trying to transfer? Were they taken with a digital camera or edited on a computer? Maybe you can try to transfer 1 single photo to see if that works and if it does not please send us the error message that the app is giving you so we can understand where the problem may be.

That's really strange. Can you try unistalling the app and install it again? Did you make sure that the Location Services were ON for our app? There is a general switch for Location Services and then there are switches for every app. I hope re-installing the app will solve this issue! Let me know.

Mmmh, strange. Can you try to reboot your device to see if that helps? Hold the power button for couple of seconds and then turn it off, then turn it on and launch the Photos app and try to navigate through the different albums. After that, try to open Photo Transfer App and see if it shows your albums. If you continue having issues then please tell me what version of iOS you are using.
