Dear April,
Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry our app has not been useful to you. Our app description on the app store does not mention anything about printing or sending photos directly to printers. You could maybe send your photos to your computer and print them from there. You can also try contacting Apple via iTunes to request a refund, we don't have the option or ability to process refunds, Apple handles all payments and customer information (that's why they keep a 30% on each app sale).
Best regards,
Enrique

Dear Jim,
Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having problems finding your photos. Our app should save all your photos on the 'Camera roll' album of your iPad. There is no other place where the photos can be saved. Did you get the message that your photos were transferred successfully? If yes, then your photos should be on the camera roll.
Also, maybe a good idea is to take a picture with your iPad to make sure that the photo database is updated. After taking the photo try the transfer again with our app, the photos should be saved on the camera roll and on any album that you select.
I hope this helps you! Please let us know if you have any other question or comment.
Best,
Enrique

Dear Bart,
Thanks for contacting us. Unfortunately Apple does not provide a programming interface to access the edited photo as a full resolution image. However, if you download the photos in medium resolution which is the resolution that the native 'photos' app uses to display the images on the iPad screen then your changes should be preserved.
So basically what you need to do is to select the photos that you want to transfer and then select download in medium resolution from the transfer web page to be able to preserve the changes you made. We hope that Apple will make an addition to their APIs so we can have a better way to access the photos that you edited directly on the 'Photos' app.
Another solution is to use a different app to transform your photos and then save the changes as a new image on your iPad, then you can use our app to transfer those edited images back to your computer.
I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any other question or comment.
Best,
Enrique

Dear Kelli,
Thanks for contacting us. Have you tried searching for the app on your iPad? Go to the first apps page on the iPad and then swipe to the left to reveal the iPad search screen, then type "transfer" and the app should appear. Maybe when you installed the app it went into a folder you previously created? If you have the app installed on your iPad then it should appear when you do the search.
I hope this helps!
Best,
Enrique

If you continue having problems after you tried what Amber suggested please try to take a picture with your iPhone and then try opening our app. Taking a picture makes sure that the photo database is up to date.
I hope this helps. Let us know if you have any other question or need more help.

Hi Mohammed,
Thanks for providing this information. I'm afraid that the router that you have is configured to block communication between devices on the network which will cause the issue that you are having. Are you familiar with the configuration of your router? If yes, then try to open incoming intranet connections on port 8080. If not, then what we can do is to create an ad-hoc (direct) network between your mac + iPhone + iPad. This is quite simple actually with a Mac computer, here are some quick instructions:
1. Click on the wifi icon on the top bar on your mac
2. Click on "Create network..." and choose a name for your adhoc network
3. Choose "40-bit WEP" as security and choose a password - it has to be 10 characters so you can simply choose 0-9 for example.
4. Once the network is created join the new network from your iPhone and iPad. Note that sometimes in takes a few seconds for the devices to join the adhoc network.
5. Wait until there is a wifi icon on the top bar of your iPHone and iPad and then try the transfer now.
This should help you getting your photos transferred.
I hope this will work for you. Let me know if you have any trouble.
Best,
Enrique

Dear Mohammed,
Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having problems using the app. This sounds like your wifi router may be preventing internal connections to be established. Can you tell us what brand and model of wifi router do you have? If it is an Apple Extreme router or a Cisco router please make sure that you are using the main network and not the guest network which prevents devices to talk to each other.
Best regards,
Enrique

Hi Lorraine,
I'm glad to know that you were able to transfer your video using the web interface. One extra question, what format was it? MOV, MP4 or M4V? I'm just asking to understand where the problem may be with our Mac app. We will also check about the instructions on our site.
Let me know if you have any other question or comment.
Best regards,
Enrique

Dear Rhonda,
I'm sorry you are having issues with the app. What type of computer are you using? If you are using a mac you can try using our mac client instead:
http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/photo-...
If you are using a Windows computer then we can try something different: select the photos that you want to transfer and then go to the transfer web page. Then just append the following to the address on the web browser: "/iphotos.zip" (notice the 'i' before the photos.zip), the address will look something like this: http://:8080/iphotos.zip That should hopefully start the download in the right format.
We will take a closer look to this issue to see why this is happening. Please let us know when you have a chance to try this out.
Best regards,
Enrique

Did you try turning on the location services on your iPhone and your iPad? They both need to have this permission enabled to transfer photos. Let us know if you need more help.
