Dear Freda,
I'm sorry I didn't respond earlier. The address that you sent me looks good so that's not the problem. Did you type the address directly on the address bar of your web browser? You should type it directly on the address bar of your web browser and not on the search box.
Also, I did some research about your router and it seems that it may be configured to block communication between devices which could cause this problem. Are you familiar with the settings of your wifi router? If not, we can try another way. One is to create an ad-hoc wifi network (direct link) between your computer and your iPad. For this you would have to tell me the type of computer you are using (Windows XP, Vista, windows 7?) so I can send you the right instructions. Another option is for you to connect your iPad to your computer via the white USB cable (if you have it) and then use iTunes to sync your photos that way (without our app). After you connect your iPad to your computer, launch iTunes and then select your iPad and go to the 'Photos' tab so you can select a folder to sync your photos.
I hope this helps. Let me know if you want to try the adhoc route. And again sorry you have had trouble with the app.
Best regards,
Enrique

Dear Maayan,
Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having issues with the app. Can you give us some extra details of the issue you are having, are you trying to send photos from iPhone to Computer? Do you get an specific error message? Please check that you have enabled 'Location Services' for our app when you go to the 'Setttings' app and then touch 'Location Services'. Our app requires that to be enabled to be able to read your photos and videos as some of them may be geo-located - that's a requirement from Apple.
Let me know if we can help you further. We will be glad to assist you.
Best,
Enrique

Dear Jeremy,
Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having problems with the app. Does this problem happen if you select a different set of photos? Also, just to test, can you try sending just 1 individual photo to see if the app hangs or if the single photo is transferred? Let us know your results, we will be glad to continue helping you.
Best,
Enrique

Dear Bruce,
I'm sorry you are having problems with the app. Most likely this is due to the configuration of the wifi network you are using. Let us know if you are using a public wifi network or a home wifi network. If you are using a public wifi network then maybe is blocking communication between your devices. Please send us some details of the wifi network that you are using to our support email: support [at] phototransferapp [dot] com and we will try our best to help you.

Enrique

One more thing to add is to make sure that you extract the photos from the zip file before you start editing them. If you try to edit them while they are still contained on the zip file you may have problems with the rotation and saving the files after you edit them.
Let us know if you have any other question or comment.

Dear Sandra,
Thanks for contacting us. We responded to your support email and it seems from your last answer that the problem was resolved after restarting the iPad correct?
It is likely that another app that you are using on your iPad is using the same port to communicate with your computer. If this ever happens again then please open the 'Settings' app on your iPad, then scroll down until you find our app and change the port number to '9090' for example. This way there will not be a conflict with other apps that may be using the same port number. Please note that after this change the address provided by the app will be '9090' instead.
I hope this helps you. Let us know if you have any other question or comment.
Kind regards,
Enrique

I'm sorry you are having problems with the app. Can you tell us what type of wifi network you are using? If the app is timing out it may be because of the speed and/or the signal strength of your wifi connection. I would recommend couple of things, first try to have your Mac and iPad close to the wifi router and then try the transfer again. If the problem persists then please open the mac app again, click on your iPad and then click on the "Web interface" button on the top right corner of the app and then try the transfer via the transfer web page instead of the app to see if that works for you.
Let us know your results.
Best,
Enrique
