Can't find app on ipad that says "installed" on ipad.

This is my first time using an app and I don't know how to find it. I tried turning my ipad off and back on as listed in another post, but it did not work for me.

Dear Kelli,

Thanks for contacting us. Have you tried searching for the app on your iPad? Go to the first apps page on the iPad and then swipe to the left to reveal the iPad search screen, then type "transfer" and the app should appear. Maybe when you installed the app it went into a folder you previously created? If you have the app installed on your iPad then it should appear when you do the search.
