Dear Alex,

Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having problems with the app. This may happen if the photo database on the iPad is out of date. Please do this, take a photo with your iPad or take a screenshot of the iPad screen (pressing the power and home button at the same time) and then open the photos app. This makes sure that the photo library is updated and then try to open our app again to select photos.

I hope this helps you. Please let us know if this fixed your problem or if you need more assistance.

Kind regards,

Enrique
Photo Transfer App
Hi Peter,

Let me clarify that if all your devices are Android and you already bought the app on one of them then you should be able to download the full app without paying again on your other Android devices. This only applies if your other devices are configured with the same Google account.

I hope this helps! Let us know if you have any other question.

Best,

Enrique
Photo Transfer App
Dear Kirk,

Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having problems with the app. Currently the Mac app only works with iOS devices, it is still not compatible with the Android version. However, we are currently working on integrating it with Android and we should have that finished soon. For now please use the web interface by going to the address provided using a web browser on your computer.

I will post something here as soon as we have the integration completed. Thanks for your patience. Let me know if you have any other questions or comments.

Best,

Enrique
Hi Robert,

Our app can't delete photos from your device - Apple does not allow that. If you are sure you want to delete them you can use the native 'Photos' app to do that if your photos are on the camera roll. If you want to delete those from other albums then you need to remove them using iTunes when you connect your device with your computer.

I hope this helps.

Best,

Enrique
Hi Dennis,
As stated on my previous comment you can use the ad-hoc method to create a wifi network between your computer and your device when you are traveling or don't have access to a wifi network. Also, you can request a refund for the app via iTunes. Developers of apps don't have any access to the billing system or customer information, all payments and refunds are handled by Apple (that's why the keep a 30% cut on each app sale).

Best,

Enrique
Hi Dennis,
If you are at a hotel or at a place where the wifi system does not allow the connection to be stablished you can always create an ad-hoc network using your computer. That's actually not a very complicated procedure and we have instructions on how to do that on this forum. Let us know if you need assistance with that. Using the ad-hoc method allows you to transfer without using a wifi network because you the connection is direct between computer and device.
Dear Robert,

Is the 'Loading' message appears when you touch the 'Select' photos? If yes, then maybe you haven't given permission to the app for 'Location Services'. Unfortunately Apple requires all apps that read albums and photos to have 'Location Services' enabled because some of your photos may be geo-tagged. There is nothing we can do about that so please open the 'Settings' app on your iPad and then touch the 'Location Services' options and make sure that our app is ON. Then try to go and select the photos again.

I hope this helps you!

Best,

Enrique
I wonder if the router treats cable and wireless connections differently on that particular router. It is hard to know without looking at the router configuration/manual. Does your computer have a wireless adaptor? If yes, can you try connecting it via wireless instead? I've used Thompson routers before and they worked ok via wireless. Did you unplug the router from the electricity and tried joining the network again from the computer/iPad? I know those routers take some time to boot after a reset (a few minutes).
What type of wifi router do you have? Also is it a public wifi network or a home wifi network? There are a few routers that come configured to block communication between devices. Do you have access to a different wifi network to try it out?
Hello,

Please make sure that you use a colon ":" instead of a period "." before the 8080. That hopefully solves your problem.

Best,

Enrique
