Thank you for posting your question here. I do apologize for the delay in response.

When you see the "THM" format that usually means that you have a video selected in the batch of photos. Try unselecting the video and see if you still get that "THM" format.

Please let me know if this helps or if you receive any empty zip files.

Yes, Amber, that is what I thought too, so I unselect all the videos and I STILL see the same message and cannot download the zip file full of jpg images!!!

This is just not working right. I was able to do pages 1 through 4 and it worked fine, but I cannot get the remaining pages to get past this point where it refers to MP4 and THM files!!! I don't know what to do!! I have turned the computer off and back on again but no good. I will try turning the iPad off to see if that helps???

I'm sorry you are having issues with the app. What type of computer are you using? If you are using a mac you can try using our mac client instead:

If you are using a Windows computer then we can try something different: select the photos that you want to transfer and then go to the transfer web page. Then just append the following to the address on the web browser: "/iphotos.zip" (notice the 'i' before the photos.zip), the address will look something like this: http://:8080/iphotos.zip That should hopefully start the download in the right format.

We will take a closer look to this issue to see why this is happening. Please let us know when you have a chance to try this out.
