I'm sorry you are having issues with the app. To transfer photos from your Mac to your iPad you need to go to the address provided by our app and use the 'Upload photos' button on the bottom of the page to select the photos on your mac that you want to transfer to your iPad. The 'Upload photos' button lets you first select the photos and then after you select them the transfer will initiate. Also, I would recommend you to try out our Mac app that makes it even easier to transfer your photos:

Dear Diane,

Thanks for contacting us. To transfer photos with our app you need to have direct access to the image files on your hard drive. After you edit your photos with Photoshop you can definitely transfer them with our app to your device and the photos will be copied to your device and will remain on your hard drive as well.

Thanks for contacting us. You can definitely use our app to transfer your photos from your iPad to your Mac, however, our app does not delete the photos from your device automatically. After you transfer your photos you would have to delete the photos manually from your iPad (Apple does not allow third party apps to delete photos from your device). So, after you transfer your photos to your mac you can delete the photos using the 'Photos' app. Here is more info about our app:

Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having problems with the app. This problem is most likely due to the configuration or your wifi router. Can you tell us what type of router do you have? One quick suggestion is to reset the router and join the network again from both your iPhone/iPad and computer to make sure that all connections are refreshed. Also, make sure that your computer and device are connected to the same wifi network.

Hi,

For now the Mac app is the only way to bulk download videos unfortunately. And the app will not run on 10.5 because it was built against 10.6 SDK so it will unfortunately not run on your machine :( Maybe you can get one of those retina display macs that they just announced :)

I'm sorry you are still having problems. To activate wifi on your mac you need to use this icon:



Regarding the mac app store you may be running an outdated version of the Mac OSX system so don't worry about it. You actually don't need the mac app (is optional). After you verified that the iPad and the computer are using the same wifi network you should simply open our app on your iPad and go to the http address provided using your computer's web browser to start transferring your photos.

Thanks for contacting us. Our app allows you to transfer photos between all your devices (Mac, iPad and Android), you can choose what photos you want to send where, there is no "sync" per-se but you can definitely transfer multiple photos across your devices using our app.

Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having problems with the app. That message may come up if another app on your device is using the same port to transfer files. This is simple to fix, just go to the 'Settings' app on your device and then scroll until you find the settings for our app. Then, change the setting 'Port number' to 9090 for example and then launch the app again.

Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having problems with the app. What format are you videos? And, are you trying to transfer from Windows to iPad or from iPad to Windows. Please note that the videos need to be in MOV, MP4 or M4V format. Also, note that you need to transfer photos and videos separately using the 'Upload photos' and 'Upload videos' buttons on the transfer web page.
