Hi Mahesh,
Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having problems with the app. We are investigating this issue and it seems to be related to having spaces in the name of the video file. Can you try to remove the spaces on the file name of your video before the transfer and try it again? Let us know your results and sorry for this issue.
Best,
Enrique

One additional comment to this is that if you are using iOS4.3 on your iPad to try to update the operating system to iOS5 or iOS6, that should take care of the problem as well.
Let us know if you need any additional help.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us, I'm glad to help you.
Sorry you are having problems with the app, we are aware of this issue on iOS4.3. The solution to this is to update your iPad to iOS5 or iOS6 which are the most recent versions of the operating system published by Apple. To do that please connect your iPad to the computer you normally sync and update to iOS5 (iPad 1) or iOS6 (all other iPad models).
I hope this is useful. Let us know if you have any other question or comment.
Best,
Enrique

HI Marcos,
Unfortunately that's the behavior of the 'Photos' app made by Apple and there is no way we (or any other third party developer) can fix that. Hopefully they take care of that on the next version of iOS coming maybe this summer.

Enrique

Hi Ian,
Thanks for contacting us. Unfortunately we don't have a way to process refunds, Apple handles all payments, credit card and customer information and we don't have any visibility around that. You may want to contact them via iTunes to request a refund.
Regarding the issue you are describing, the problem is with the Photos app that is not loading the full resolution version and that's why you are not seeing the image as full resolution. However, the actual full resolution image is stored on the iPad but the 'Photos' app creates a lower resolution image to be displayed on the screen, this is because it optimizes the image to display it fast on the screen. I hope this makes sense.
Also, our app does transfer images in full resolution to the iPad and from the iPad, you can try this by transferring back the same image to your computer and check the file size. It is the 'Photos' app that displays the image in medium resolution.
Let us know if you have any other question or comment.
Best,
Enrique

Hi Frances,
Sorry for the delay on my response. Are you using the desktop application or the web interface to transfer the video? MP4 should be an extension to be recognized by the app. Maybe you can try to rename it the file to have .MOV extension to see if that helps selecting the file to be uploaded to your iPad.
I hope this helps.

Enrique

Hi Frances,
Thanks for contacting us. What format are your videos? If they are in AVI format you need to first convert the videos as they are not compatible with the native video codec of the iPad. Here is a tool that allows you to convert between codecs:
http://handbrake.fr/
I hope this helps.

Enrique

HI Dave,
I'm sorry you are having so much trouble with the app. Let's try to start fresh by resetting your wifi router to make sure that all connections are cleared then join the network again from your iPhone and your iPad and also verify that the Privacy settings are ON on both iPhone and iPad (Settings > Privacy > Photos > Photo Transfer App). Then open the 'Photos' app on both devices and then open our app (this makes sure that the photo database is in sync with our app). Let me know the results after you try these steps.

Enrique

Yes we will fix this for the next update although we are thinking to drop support for iOS4 in the next few months as Apple is not providing the tools to compile apps for iOS4.3 anymore and we can't install iOS4 on our devices either. I would suggest you to do the leap to iOS6 soon. In any case, you should still be able to use the app even with the popup on-screen. If you are transferring from computer to iPad you can use the desktop app to connect to the iPad (even with the welcome popup) and transfer your photos.
I hope this is helpful!
Cheers,
Enrique
