No way past welcome screen after install to iPad 2 OS 4

Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry it took me long to respond to you. It seems that we have an issue with the introduction screen when your iPad is still running iOS4.3. The solution to this is to update your iPad to iOS5 or iOS6 which are the most recent versions of the operating system published by Apple. To do that please connect your iPad to the computer you normally sync and update to iOS5 or iOS6.

Enrique, Thanks for the reply. Would prefer to stay with OS4 for various reasons. Will you fix the OS 4 issue in the next update?

Yes we will fix this for the next update although we are thinking to drop support for iOS4 in the next few months as Apple is not providing the tools to compile apps for iOS4.3 anymore and we can't install iOS4 on our devices either. I would suggest you to do the leap to iOS6 soon. In any case, you should still be able to use the app even with the popup on-screen. If you are transferring from computer to iPad you can use the desktop app to connect to the iPad (even with the welcome popup) and transfer your photos.

Enrique, thanks. Will wait for the next update and hope that fixes it for use with OS 4. And will not update your app again till I make the switch to OS6 - there are several OS 4 features that are helpful to my work that got lost in the OS updates.
