App won't transfer video

I can't transfer videos from pc to ipad. The app doesn't recognise my video files, only my photo's - when I browse in my video folder, it is blank. How can I do this?

Hi Frances,

Thanks for contacting us. What format are your videos? If they are in AVI format you need to first convert the videos as they are not compatible with the native video codec of the iPad. Here is a tool that allows you to convert between codecs:

Hi, my video is converted to MP4 which should be compatible with iPad. I can get it playing on the i-pad via Dropbox and iFiles but can't get them from there onto the camera roll. I expected this app would be able to transfer from pc to camera roll. Thanks, Frances

Hi Frances,

Sorry for the delay on my response. Are you using the desktop application or the web interface to transfer the video? MP4 should be an extension to be recognized by the app. Maybe you can try to rename it the file to have .MOV extension to see if that helps selecting the file to be uploaded to your iPad.
