If you downloaded the app then it should be on your iPhone or iPad, you can search for it using the iOS search function (pull down your finder on the apps page to reveal search bar). You can also try to re download the app from the app store directly, don't worry if you paid for it already you will not be charged again.

Sorry for not responding earlier. Yes, our Windows 8 client is more limited for now, we are preparing an update to make it better. In the meantime, have you tried using our client for Windows Classic? If you have a computer running Windows 8 you should also be able to use our client for Windows (pre-Windows 8). You can install it from here:

This client is more powerful and it will allow you to transfer all photos in one album in one shot (via the backup feature).

I just responded to another question you posted related to this. You can use our app to import photos from one iPad to another. They have to be in the same wifi network and you should be able to use the 'Explore device' feature to import the photos from one device to another. Here are the help pages for our iPad app:

Hi KD,
The "All imported" album should show as an option when you try to import photos from one device to another. You can use the 'Explore device' feature on the receiving device to view all the albums in the sending device and choose the photos you want to copy.
If you are transferring a large amount of photos please ensure that both devices are close to your wifi router to make sure that you have a good wifi coonection and there are no network interruptions.

Sorry for my delayed response. I wonder if it has to do with running the app on OSX 10.6. I'll run some tests here with a mac that is still running 10.6 to see if I can replicate the issue. Do you have another iOS device running our app that you can try with? I'll let you know once I do some tests here. In the meantime you can continue using the web interface to upload files - sorry for this problem.

Thank you for posting your question here, I will be glad to help.
We are aware of an issue with the introduction screen when your iPad is still running iOS4.3. The solution to this is to update your iPad to iOS5+ for iPad 1st generation (as it cannot upgrade to iOS 6+) which are the most recent versions of the operating system published by Apple. To do that please connect your iPad to the computer you normally sync and update to iOS5. There should be an option to update.
