iPhone 5 to Windows 7 PC Problem - Only 0kb Files Show Up
OK, I'm having two problems. One, when I try to transfer a video from my iPhone 5 (running iOS 6.1.2) to my Windows 7 PC, the transfer seems to be successful, but all I have on my PC is a 0 kb file - obviously nothing there. Secondly, when I try to transfer between my iPhone 5 and my iPad 3 (running iOS 6.1.2), I will try to select photos or videos to send, but always get an error on the iPhone that says "Error There has been a problem loading the albums" Help please!!!!!!!!!!!

I have tried both the web interface as well as the desktop app. Nothing works! Now I'm getting this message:
"Error Ouch. An error occurred when trying to save an asset. Technical description: 'Write failed'. The asset may not be compatible with this device.
Well, that's not the case. If I export the file to iTunes and import it through iTunes, it all works just fine. However, that's a huge hassle. This app worked perfectly until the last upgrade. Now it's just useless.
I'm sorry you are having so much trouble with the app. Let's try to start fresh by resetting your wifi router to make sure that all connections are cleared then join the network again from your iPhone and your iPad and also verify that the Privacy settings are ON on both iPhone and iPad (Settings > Privacy > Photos > Photo Transfer App). Then open the 'Photos' app on both devices and then open our app (this makes sure that the photo database is in sync with our app). Let me know the results after you try these steps.

I would like to recommend a couple of things to try and see if this helps.
1. Please open your Photos App first and then launch our app and attempt your transfer again
2. Please check your permissions and make sure that they are allowed for our app

3. If you continue to have problems with the desktop app please try using the web inter face to see if that works! Just go to http://connect.phototransferapp.com and use the IP address our app gives you
