Thanks for contacting us. If you can't install the Mac app on your computer you can still use any web broser like Safari or Google Chrome to transfer photos. Just start the app on your iPhone of iPad and then go to 'Send' > 'Computer' and then touch the 'Use a web browser' button to get the instructions. You will have to enter the address provided by the app in your computer's web browser.

Medium resolution is the size of the image that is displayed on the device. Apple generates 3 different versions: Thumbnail, Medium (screen size) and Full (original). If you have a retina display device then the medium image is actually of good quality, i.e. iPhone 4/4S: 640 × 960 at 326 ppi.

The limitation of transferring edited photos is actually a limitation on the Apple interface to the photos app, we are hoping they will open that on the next version of iOS.

You can install the Mac client from here:

If you are running an older version of Mac OSX then I would suggest you to use the web interface to transfer your photos. Simple start the app, and follow the instructions there to transfer using a web browser instead of the desktop client.

Thanks for contacting us. It seems that you may be using an earlier version of our app on your devices. Please open the app on your iPhone and iPad and touch the 'About' button on the main screen, then make sure that you have version 4.0 on both iPhone and iPad. If not, go to the app store and download the most recent update.
