To change the API settings you would need to do the following:
1. Open the 'Settings' app on your device and scroll down until you find our app ('Transfer')
2. Change the switch for 'Use old saving APIs' to ON and close the settings app.
Doing this will tell our application to use the old programming interfaces provided by Apple to save your photos. It looks like the new programming interface provided in the last SDK is having some problems with certain photos/videos. I hope that will fix the problem you are having. Let me know when you have a chance to try this out.

I would recommend you to try to open the 'Photos' app before you start a transfer to make sure that the photo catalog is up to date. Opening the photos app forces the database to get updated, then try to transfer your videos again using our app. Sometimes the photo database needs to be updated before a transfer takes place otherwise the 'Photos' app interface returns an error.
If that does not work then, try this:

Make sure you are typing the address into the address bar of your web browser and you have the app running while you are attempting to transfer from PC to iPad.
Are you on a home wifi network or a public wifi network? If you are using a home wifi network make sure that you have your iPad connected to the same wifi network as sometimes it can pick up nearby networks.
You can also try using another internet browser like FireFox or Google Chrome if you still experience some issues with our current browser. Sometimes closing out the device and relaunching it will help.
Please let me know if this helps and if you continue to have problems, you can try resetting your wireless router to give it a fresh connection. To do that simply turn your router off for 10 seconds and then turn it back on.

When you launch our app and are transferring for the first time, the first selection you should see will be "Last 100 photos". These will be the photos / videos you just took.
If you want to go to the very first group of photos / videos you took you'd have to scroll all the way down to the last group available to you. So for example if you have 400 photos you'd want to go to 300 - 400 photos. Those would be the "First" photos you took or synced with your iDevice.

To download photos in full resolution all you have to do is select the photos you want to transfer and a button saying "Download in full resolution" should appear on our website. Simply click on that button and you should be given an option on where to save the .zip file. Or the other option is below each picture it says medium res | full res. Just click on 'full res' and from there you can right click the image and select "Save As".
When you transfer using full resolution it should remain in that full resolution format. Our app doesn't change the resolution of your photos when you transfer them using our app.
Did you unzip the files?

Thank you for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.
Once you transfer the photos to your computer you should be able to open iPhoto and import the photos into iPhoto. Go File>Import to library. You can either import a whole folder of photos by clicking on the name of the folder, or click on photos one at a time to just import selected ones.
You can you also open up the photos folder and click and drag the photos into iPhoto to import them into the program.

Yes! Our app requires that you are on Wireless network in order to transfer. It doesn't matter how your computer is connected to the wireless router :) So if your computer is connected to the wifi router via an ethernet cable it should still work. Just as long as your iPad is on the wifi connected to the same internet network (LAN).

Nothing needs to be installed on your Mac, you just need to have an internet browser. From there launch our app and insert the IP address given to you by our app into the address web bar of your browser and it should launch our website.
Another thing to try if you have a Mac computer is to use our desktop client app and see if you can transfer photos with that:

Make sure you are running Quicktime to watch the video. If you have issues with QT then I would recommend using VLC: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html
