How to reset the location item....did not OK it when first loaded

I did not allow the location info when first downloaded....and now there is no Location button in the General tab under Settings...I can not turn loction services on now....there is not even a pick for Location services now.

The location services has moved sense the last few updates with iOS. To find location services just go to: Settings -> Location Services -> ON
