As of right now when you transfer photos edited using the Photos App, the edits do not transfer over in the zip file. However if you right click on the image when you view it on our website (click on medium res, full res etc) it will bring up the photo which will allow you to save the image.

If you right click and select 'save as' then you should be able to save the image with the modifications you made using the Photos App.

We are currently working on a way to fix this! We appreciate your patience :)

When you transfer photos from your iDevice to your computer did you select to download photos in a full resolution .zip file? If so it should go to your desktop labeled "Photos.zip". If it isn't on your desktop you might want to search your documents folder for the "download" folder or "photos" folder.

Once you find the .zip file you need to extract the content by right clicking on the zip file and select "extract all". From there you should be able to view your downloaded photos. Did our app indicate that your photos where successfully transferred?

You can try using iTunes to unsync your photos that you wish to delete. Otherwise if you load the Photos App, you should be able to tap on the photo and hit the 'trash can' icon and this will delete your photo.

I would like to suggest maybe using our Mac app to transfer photos from iDevice to your mac using our mac app:

Just install the software from the link and then launch the app on your iDevice and on the Mac. Your mac should discover your device when you click on "discover devices" button on the mac app. Also make sure that your iDevice and mac are connected to the same network.

Thanks for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.

Make sure your iPhone and your iPad are connected to the same wifi network as sometimes they may join another nearby network automatically. Are you using a home wifi network or a public network? Some networks are configured to block the communication layer that our app uses to transfer photos.

If you are using a home wifi network you can reset your wifi router to make sure that all connections get refreshed.

You can also try using "Bluetooth" to connect between both devices. Just make sure they're running the app at the same time and bluetooth is enabled on both.

Also make sure that you have your location services turned ON on both devices.

Are you trying to transfer a video? If so please make sure that your video is in a .MOV format. What is the length and size of the video you are trying to transfer?

Make sure you keep the app running while you attempt to transfer as well as this can cause the transfer not to go through and produce an error.

Hello Tracy,

I am sorry you are having issues with the app and your photos are missing. Our app does not delete nor modify any content on your device at all nor should it have deleted any photos from your device. Same with Albums. Apple does not provide a way to delete entire albums, you would have to go in and delete them all manually or unsync them from your device using iTunes.

Did you create the album using our Mac App? You can create an album with the same name using the Photos App on your device and it doesn't remove / delete any content from an album with the same name, it just creates a duplicate of that album.

Could the photo's have been synced with iTunes and are somewhere on your computer? You could try to locate them using finder.

I will be happy to help you. Thank you for posting your question here.

As of right now, using our app, you have to have your iDevice connected to the same network as your computer over wifi. Your computer doesn't have to be on WiFi it just needs to be on the same network.

You need to have a computer to transfer your photos / videos to first, and then from there you can transfer them to your external HD but as of right now our app doesn't support transferring from iPad to wireless external HD or visa versa.

Have you tried restarting your router (hotspot)? To give it a fresh connection? Make sure that your device is connected to the same wifi network as your computer and make sure you keep the app launched while you attempt to transfer.

Have you tried using a different web browser like google chrome or firefox? Can you show me the IP address you are inserting into the web address bar of your web browser?
