Dear Tony,

Thank you for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.

When you transfer photos / videos from your iDevice to your computer it is saved as a .zip file which you need to extract. Our app already accepts PNG, JPG and GIF formats for transfer.

When you transfer from iDevice to computer you can view the photos by clicking them in our website and viewing them from your browser and then you can right click and save as.

I hope this helps!

Please let me know if I can assist you further!

Kind Regards,

Dear Bill,

With the update of the new version of iOS5 Apple decided to handle albums by duplicating all photos created in albums and sending it to the Camera Roll. We wish that it was handled differently, but unfortunately there isn't anything we can do as it has to do with Apple.

You can change the limit transfer by going into the settings of our app and changing the photo limitation from 200 to whatever you need. To do that go to:

Settings -> Transfer -> Select Photos Limit 200 (change this to whatever you need) just be aware that the higher the number you raise the potential of being a slower transfer rate.

Please let me know if I can assist you further. Thanks!

Hello Yumi,

Thank you for posting your question here. I will be happy to help you.

The app should not leave any data hanging, however, sometimes if the transfer gets interrupted there may be some data that will be stored in the app without being deleted.

What you can do is to re-install the app to make sure that all the data is cleared up. Please re-install the app to make sure that all storage space taken by the app is cleared from the device.

Please let me know if this helps!

Dear Courtney,

When you receive the .zip file on your computer did you unzip the files? When you transfer photos from your iDevice to your computer it .zips the photos/videos and you need to extract them. To extract them right click on the .zip file and hit "Extract Files". You can choose to extract them to a new folder or at the location where the .zip file is, for example; to your desktop. Any windows computer should allow you to extract files from a zip file without having to install or pay for any extra software.

I would also suggest you right-click the 'Download photos as zip file' on the transfer web page to be able to select where to save the photos using the 'Save linked file as..' menu.

I hope this helps.

Hello Raluca,

Thanks for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.

When you download the photos they should go into a .zip file somewhere on your computer. Usually, by default, it goes to your desktop but if you do not have the default content downloaded from the internet go to the desktop then it goes into a 'downloads' folder. On a PC you can click on "my documents" and then "downloads" and you should be able to find it there. On a Mac you could use 'finder' and just type: photos.zip.

When you attempt to "save target as" does it give you any errors? make sure you have the app running while you are attempting to transfer otherwise the photos won't transfer.

Hello Steve,

I will be happy to help you.

You should be able to create an album with more then 20 characters. Did you use the native photos app to do so? Or our app? Both allows you to create an album with 20 characters. Just go to "edit" on your iDevice and tap on "add". This will allow you to add the album you want with the length of the title you want.

Does it always lock up on the same image? Try transferring a smaller batch, maybe about 10 at a time and see if you still get that problem. Where the photos taken with your iDevice? Or where they modified in anyway?

Also make sure you keep the app running while you are attempting to transfer otherwise you will run into transferring issues. If you continue to have problems you can close out the app and relaunch it and try your transfer again.

Hello Peter,

Thank you for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.

If you purchase the app on an iPhone (for example) you can download it to your iPad without being charged. Our app is a universal app so as long as you use the same iTunes account in which you used to originally purchase the app with it will not charge you.

However sense the Android market and Apple App store are two different platforms you will have to pay for the app on both. One for the iDevice and one for your Android.

If you are having issues with the app not updating I would recommend you go to the Android market and attempt to try and install the app again to see if you can get the full version of the app.

Please let me know if this helps or if you have any more questions! I will be happy to help you.

Kind Regards,

Hello Steve,

Thank you for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.

The native photos app on your iDevice(s) doesn't have a way to display the names of photos / files on your iDevice. Apple doesn't provide a way to display the names of photos that are attached to them, even if we modify them, when transferred to the camera roll or photo album from a computer.

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any more questions!

Dear Willy,

Thank you for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you. I am so glad to hear you are enjoying the app! We appreciate your compliments about our app!

Can you clarify for me if you are talking about the mac app transferring only 50+ or our app itself?

If you are talking about the app not transferring more then 50 the default transfer limit is actually set to 200. You can change the default setting by going to settings -> transfer -> photo transfer limit and change the default to whatever number you need.

Just be aware that the transfer can take a little while to complete depending on the wifi network you are connected too.

Please let me know the above and if it was helpful!

Kind Regards,

Hello Caryn,

Thank you for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you!

In order to make a new selection of photos you will want to do the following:

1. After you download the .zip file and extract the files go back to the app and tap on "send photos/videos"
2. Tap on the album you just transferred from
3. Open up that album
4. At the top of the screen there is a button titled "CLEAR". Tap this.
5. This will clear your previous selection and allow you to make a new selection of photos

Note: Make sure you extract your previous photo(s) from the .zip file otherwise they will not transfer over or be saved to your computer.

Please let me know if this helps!

Kind Regards,
