Hello Bill,

Thank you for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.

The photos, once you download them from our website, will be either on your desktop or wherever you have your downloaded content go. You can use finder to look for "photos.zip". That is the name of the zip file after you download it to your computer.

Make sure you unzip the folder and its contents to access them :)

Please let me know if this helps!

Kind Regards,

Amber

Hello Dawn,

Thank you for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you. I'm sorry you are having issues with the app.

Make sure that you keep the app running on both devices and that the video(s) you are transferring is in a .MOV format. Did you take the video with your iPad? What is the length/size of the video(s) you are trying to transfer between the two?

I would also recommend that you transfer your photos and videos separate from each other.

Also make sure you have enough room on both devices to transfer. Sometimes it will kick back and error if you do not have enough space on either device(s) to transfer.

I hope this helps!

Kind Regards,

Amber

Dear Ashlee,

Thank you for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.

Does this say on your iPad? Did you choose the "Apple computer" option from the menu?

I would like to suggest maybe using our Mac app to transfer photos from iDevice to your mac using our mac app:
http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/photo-...

Just install the software from the link and then launch the app on your iDevice and on the Mac. Your mac should discover your device when you click on "discover devices" button on the mac app. Also make sure that your iDevice and mac are connected to the same network.

If you continue to have problems you can uninstall and reinstall the app. Maybe there was something wrong with the initial installation.

Please let me know if this helps and let me know if you continue to have issues.

Kind Regards,

Amber

Hello Nancy,

I will be more then happy to help you.

Did you download it directly from the App store on your iPad? I would recommend trying that first and seeing if the app will install. Do not worry about paying twice. As long as you use the same iTunes account you used to originally purchase the app, it won't charge you again :)

If that doesn't work try downloading it again from iTunes and then sync it to your iPad again.

Please let me know if this helps!

Dear Thomas,

Thanks for contacting us, I will be more then happy to help you! I do apologies for the delay in response.

You didn't do anything wrong :) With the update of the new version of iOS5 Apple decided to handle albums by duplicating all photos created in albums and sending it to the Camera Roll as well. So you will see a duplicate of the photo in your album and camera roll.

We wish that it was handled differently, but unfortunately there isn't anything we can do as it has to do with Apple.

Please let me know if I can assist you further. Thanks!

Warm Regards,

Amber

Hello Bill,

I apologies for the delay in response, I will be happy to help you. Make sure you keep the app running when you attempt to transfer the video(s). What is the length/size of the video? Also make sure that you are connected to the same wifi network.

In order for it to transfer it needs to be in a .MOV format. Do you know what the format of the video is? It could be that the format changed after you created it with iMovie.

Note:If it is longer than 5 minutes you may need to make a change on the settings to allow the transfer. Here is what you need to do if the video is longer than 5 minutes: Open the 'Settings' app on your iPhone and go to the settings for our app 'Transfer'). Then change the limit for the setting 'Max video duration' to 600 seconds (10 mins) or whatever you need. Please note that it may take a while to transfer if the video is very long.

Please let me know if this helps!

Yes, our app allows you to transfer videos from iPad to computer and computer to iPad over a wifi network. Make sure your videos are in a .MOV format.

We have more information on our website that shows you some great examples of how the app works as well. That can be found here:

Hello,

I'm sorry you are still having issues. Are you on a home wifi network or a public wifi network? If you are on a home wifi network I would recommend that you double check that your device is on the same network as your wifi network.

Also make sure you keep the app running while you attempt to transfer. Make sure you are inserting the address into the address bar of your web browser as well. If you continue to have issues you might want to try another browser as well like chrome or firefox.

Please let me know if this helps!

Kind Regards,

Amber
Deborah,

I will be happy to help you.

I would recommend that you right click and hit 'extract all'. You should be able to then extract your images to wherever you have your .zip file located. For example the desktop.

Try extracting them that way and see if you continue to get an empty zip file.

Best,

Amber
