Hello Ed,
Thank you for posting your question here. I will be happy to help you.
If you go into the native photos app and at the top there should be an "edit" button. From there you can choose to edit / add / remove albums you have on your iDevice. Once you select to remove an album they should be gone.
Make sure you have backups of your photos as once you delete an album the photos within that album will be gone.
I hope this helps!
Kind Regards,
Amber

Hello Carlos,
I apologize for the delay in response. I will be happy to help you.
Does something happen on the iPhone side when you click the "Download" button on the transfer page?
I would like to suggest that you try and download a smaller batch of photos at a time to see if this works. Also make sure that both devices are connected to a strong wifi network. This is to ensure that the connection isn't dropped while you attempt to connect.
Thanks!
Kind Regards,
Amber

Hello Paul,
Thank you for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.
Did you take all the photos with your iDevice or did you import a few of them from another source? Are you running the latest version of our app 3.3? Are you on a home network or a public network? Also you want to make sure that you have enough space on your iDevice to transfer so make sure you're not reaching your limit for free space.
I would recommend closing out the Photo Transfer app and your photos app. Then relaunch your photos app first to give your library a fresh restart and then launch our app to see if the issue still persists. Note: If you are transferring from iPhone to iPad make sure you have the app running on both devices.
Also another thing you can verify is the settings of the app. Please open the 'Settings' app on your device, then scroll until you find our app and check that the setting for the maximum selection of photos is set to 200.
If you continue to have issues you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app and attempting your transfer again to see if this solves the crashing issue.
Please let me know if this helps!
Kind regards,
Amber

Dear Mombuehrer,
Thank you for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.
With the newest update of our app we included a feature to password protect the access to the transfer web page.
To disable this feature simply open the 'Settings' app on your device and scroll down until you find the settings for our app (listed as 'Transfer'). Then either remove the 'Web page password' entry or choose a new one to enable access to the transfer page again.
Please let us know if you have any other question or comment.
Kind regards,
Amber

Hello Shasta,
Thanks for posting your question on the forum, I will be happy to help you.
What program are you using to view your photos? If you are viewing your photos on the web browser some pictures will not be rotated on the proper way. This is because the browser can't detect the proper rotation header.
To solve this please use the 'Download all photos as zip file' and then open your photos with a image viewing software on your computer. Using the default software, it usually comes with an option to rotate your photos and once you go to the next photo, it will save the new orientation.
Please let me know if this helps or if you have any more questions!

Amber

Hello Lorraine,
Thank you for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.
I would recommend that you close out our app and the photos app. Once you've done that relaunch your photos app first then our app to give the library a fresh connection. Make sure your photos are in a JPG, GIF or PNG format before transferring. Are you on a home wifi network or a public network?
I would like to suggest maybe using our Mac app as well to transfer photos from iDevice to your mac using our mac app:
http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/photo-...
Just install the software from the link and then launch the app on your iDevice and on the Mac. Your mac should discover your device when you click on "discover devices" button on the mac app. Also make sure that your iDevice and mac are connected to the same network.
Please let me know if this helps

Hello Rhonda,
Thank you for posting your question here. I do apologize for the delay in response.
When you see the "THM" format that usually means that you have a video selected in the batch of photos. Try unselecting the video and see if you still get that "THM" format.
Please let me know if this helps or if you receive any empty zip files.
Thanks!

Hello Diane,
Thank you for contacting us, I will be happy to help you!
Unfortunately Apple does not provide a programming interface to access the edited photo as a full resolution image. However, if you download the photos in medium resolution which is the resolution that the native 'photos' app uses to display the images on the iPad screen then your changes should be preserved.
So basically what you need to do is to select the photos that you want to transfer and then select download in medium resolution from the transfer web page to be able to preserve the changes you made. We hope that Apple will make an addition to their APIs so we can have a better way to access the photos that you edited directly on the 'Photos' app.
Another solution is to use a different app to transform your photos and then save the changes as a new image on your iPad, then you can use our app to transfer those edited images back to your computer.
I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any other question or comment.

Hello!
Thank you for contacting us, I will be more then happy to help you!
Can you tell me exactly what isn't working with the app? What issues you are having with the transfer? If you are trying to transfer from iPod Touch to iPad you need to have the app installed on both devices. Do not worry, our app is a universal app so as long as you use the same iTunes account then it will not charge you to download the app a second time on your other device.
When transferring to and from both devices make sure that you keep the app running on both devices and that you are connected to the same wifi network otherwise it wont detect one another.
We have a great walk through here: http://phototransferapp.com/help/ipho...
Please let me know if this helps or if you continue to have issues with the app!

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues locating our app.
I would recommend that you flip to the 'search' option on your iDevice and from there type in "transfer". If our app does not come up I would recommend opening up the App store on your iDevice and reinstall it from there. If that doesn't work I would then suggest you go to iTunes, download the app to iTunes, plug your iDevice in and sync the app that way.
Other users with the same problem turned off / on their devices and that seemed to make the app visible.
Please let me know if you continue to have problems!
Kind Regards,
Amber
