Change resolution of photos from medium to large after already transferring from Ipad to Windows Media?

When you select the photos to transfer from iDevice to computer there is an option to download your photos in full resolution. Did you select that option? To download photos in full resolution all you have to do is select the photos you want to transfer and a button saying "Download in full resolution" should appear on our website. Simply click on that button and you should be given an option on where to save the .zip file. Or the other option is below each picture it says medium res | full res. Just click on 'full res' and from there you can right click the image and select "Save As".

When you transfer using full resolution it should remain in that full resolution format. Our app doesn't change the resolution of your photos when you transfer them using our app.

Did you unzip the files?
