Mac won't connect to iPhone, versions not compatible
Can't connect my Mac to my iPhone, I get an error that they aren't running the same version. I just bought the only version for my iPhone from the app store and the only version from the app store for my Mac, the iPhone is version 3.2 and the Mac is 1.0. How to make them compatible if there is no other versions available?

Thanks for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.
Nothing needs to be installed on your Mac, you just need to have an internet browser. From there launch our app and insert the IP address given to you by our app into the address web bar of your browser and it should launch our website.
Another thing to try if you have a Mac computer is to use our desktop client app and see if you can transfer photos with that:

Please let me know if this helps!

I'm sorry you are having problems with the app. Let me clarify couple of things. Yes, you need your Mac and your iPhone to be on the same wifi network in order to transfer photos between them. To start a transfer you can do it 2 ways: one is to use a web browser by going to the address indicated inside of the app and transfer the photos that way. The other is to use our Mac app which automatically discovers the devices connected to the wifi network and that are using the app.
If you are already using the Mac app on your computer and the app on your iPhone then you should be able to transfer them that way. Where did you get the message about not running the same version? The version of the apps that you indicated are correct. Let us know if you continue having problems. We will be glad to help.
Kind regards,
Enrique

Thanks for the extra information. The versions that you are using are correct. I think the problem may be that the 'Location settings' permissions are off for our app which may be causing the problem. Our app requires having 'Location services' turned on in order to read the photos on your device - this is a requirement from Apple. So I would ask you to go to the 'Settings' app on your iPhone and then touch the 'Location services' tab and then make sure that is ON for our app (listed as 'Transfer').
Let me know your results. I will be glad to continue helping.
Kind regards,
Enrique
