This option, when enabled, clears your last selection of photos after a successful transfer. This allows you to then go back into our app and select a new batch of photos to transfer.

Our app cannot delete / modify anything off your device. It only copies from one device to the other.

Thank you for posting your question here. I will be happy to help you.

As of right now Apple does not provide a way for you to transfer an entire album / folder at one time. You can only transfer the content within.

To select multiple photos to upload from computer to your iDevice you need to press the 'Ctrl' key on windows or the 'Apple' key on mac as you select the photos that you want to transfer from your computer. Pressing this key will allow you to select and transfer multiple photos at one time.

To transfer multiple photos from iDevice to computer you just need to 'select all' from whatever album you want to transfer from. Just note that transferring a huge batch can take a little while to transfer.

Our app and website does not store your content or photos at all. Its a direct transfer from your computer to your iDevice. Your iDevice and computer are acting like a 'server' between the two so its a secure transfer. Only you can see and receive the photos/videos. We do not modify, store or remove content from your iDevice or computer.

So once you close out the web browser everything is gone and you will have to relaunch everything to start again. So rest assured that we have no way of accessing your content as they are not stored anywhere :)

Our app transfers your videos exactly as they are stored on your iPhone including the rotation headers so most likely is the software that you are using on your computer that can't read the rotation headers correctly. What software are you using to view the videos? I would recommend you to try to download Quicktime from Apple which should display the videos correctly:

Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having problems with the app.

You actually don't need to have anything installed on your computer. As long as you still have the app installed on your iPhone/iPad you should be able to transfer photos. On your computer you only need a web browser like Internet Explorer/Safari/Chrome, etc. to transfer photos.

Make sure you are typing the address in the address bar of your web browser and not the search engine of your web browser like google.

I would recommend you to double check that your iPhone/iPad and computer are connected to the same wifi network as sometimes the iPhone/iPad may join automatically another nearby network. Also, are you using a home wifi network or a public wifi network?

If you verified that they are in the same wifi network then you could try using the alternate address that appears on your iPhone/iPad when you launch our app (the one that says for Windows computers with a few numbers). Please note that sometimes it takes couple of attempts to establish communication.

Also, please make sure that you keep the app running on your device and that you type the address exactly as it appears on the app including the 'http://' and the ':8080' parts.

Finally, you could also try resetting your wifi router to make sure that all connections get refreshed. After you reset the wifi router you need to join the network again on your iPhone/iPad and try the transfer process again.

You can change the video size by going to:


    Settings -> Transfer -> Max Video Duration (secs)


Just change those settings to what you need and it should work and allow you to transfer a larger video :)

Please follow those instructions and let us know if it worked. If not, then you may need to restart our app. To do that, please double tab the 'Home button' of your device until the running apps appear and then hold your finger over our app and then tap the little '-' icon that appears over the icon. After that, launch our app and you should have access to your photos.

Thank you for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you. I am sorry you are having issues with the app. Are you on a home wifi network or a public network?

Have you tried closing out the app and relaunching the app and attempting your transfer again? Also make sure that your iPad is running the app and the app continues to run while you attempt to transfer.

Are you transferring a video(s) or photo(s)? Make sure that your photos are in a JPG, GIF or PNG format.
