This might have to do with your privacy/permissions settings. The way to authorize apps to access your photos has changed on iOS6. Please go to this web address to get the instructions on how to enable access to your photos via the 'Privacy settings':

Please follow those instructions and let us know if it worked. If not, then you may need to restart our app. To do that, please double tab the 'Home button' of your device until the running apps appear and then hold your finger over our app and then tap the little '-' icon that appears over the icon. After that, launch our app and you should have access to your photos.

Please let me know if you are using iOS5, if so, then you might want to check your location services and ensure they're turned ON. To do so simply tap on settings -> restrictions -> ON.

Thank you for posting your question here with us, I will be happy to assist you.

Our app will allow you to transfer your photos from your Camera roll to your device over a wifi network. You have to have our app installed on both devices ( from one iPad to the other iPad ) in order to transfer from one to the other. You also have to be connected to the same wifi network.

When you transfer your photos / videos from device (or computer) to your device they should appear in your photos app. If you open your photos app they should be there and you can preview / view them :)

You can use our app to view your photos / videos before you transfer them and once they are transferred to your device, they should be in the photos app.

Thank you for your suggestion and recommendation. I will let the developing team know of your suggestion.

For now, you can view at least 100 photos per page and if you use the Desktop app as well to view your photos in pages of 100 or so. The desktop app also allows to adjust how far you zoom in/out of your photos.

Thank you for contacting us, I will be happy to assist you! I am sorry you are experiencing issues with the video transfer.

How large are these video files? Usually for larger video files ( over several minutes long which usually come out to a gig or so ) we tend to suggest you try syncing with iTunes only because it's such a large video.

When transferring your video(s) make sure that you keep the app running while you attempt to transfer and that you are connected to the same wifi network. Make sure there's a good connection as well (as close to the wifi router as possible is what we suggest!).

Do you happen to receive any error message per-chance? Or does it time out?

Thank you for posting your question with us, I will be happy to assist you! I apologies for the delay in response.

Our app can only grab videos that are you in your Photos App ( Camera roll and/or an Album stored in the photos app ). Apple only allows 3rd party apps access to certain apps of your device and we can only access your photos app.

So if you can move your videos to your camera roll or perhaps sync them with your computer then with your device or app will be able to locate and transfer those video files.

If you have already purchased the app for iPad you can install it on your iPhone without paying for it twice. Our app is a universal app so as long as you use the same iTunes account for your iPhone you shouldn't have to pay again for it.

Please make sure that you have the latest version on both your iPhone and iPad. The latest version of our app is version 4.0. Make sure that you have the latest version on both. To check just open our app and hit the "about" tab. From there you will be able to see what version of the app you are running.
