Hello Judi,

Thank you for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you! I would like to suggest maybe using our Mac app to transfer photos from iDevice to your mac using our mac app:
http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/photo-...

Just install the software from the link and then launch the app on your iDevice and on the Mac. Your mac should discover your device when you click on "discover devices" button on the mac app. Also make sure that your iDevice and mac are connected to the same network.

Make sure that you have the app running while you attempt to connect to a device or to the IP address that our app gives you.

Please let me know if this helps!

Kind Regards,

Amber
Hello Frank!

Thank you for posting your question here on our forums, I will be happy to help you!

We provide support for the Photo Transfer App and not for the iPad. However I will be happy to help!

What version of iOS is your partners iPad? With the recent change in iOS they have moved the 'delete' button. IT should be a trash can icon.

You can also find some helpful information on apple support forums here: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/...

I hope this helps!

Hello Cathy,

First and foremost I want to apologies for my long delay in response! I am sincerely sorry! I will be happy to help you!

To update your iPhone 4 you should be able to go to Settings -> General -> Software Update and download the new update there. The latest version is 6.0.1 and you can find out more information about iOS6 here: http://www.apple.com/ios/whats-new/

Or you can also plug your iPhone into your computer and when iTunes comes up it should prompt you to update your phone to the latest iOS.

I hope this helps you! Please let me know if you have any more questions! I will be happy to help!

Hello!

First and foremost I want to offer my sincerest apologies for the long delay in my response!

I am sorry you are having issues with the app. I will be happy to help you!

Are you having issues bringing up the address that our app gives you when you first launch the app? you should see an IP address at the top and insert that into the address bar of your web browser. From there you can then start to transfer (choose) the photos you want to transfer to computer from device and visa versa.

We have an excellent walk through on our website here that shows you how to transfer from iPhone to PC: http://phototransferapp.com/help/ipho...

Please let me know if this helps or if you need further assistance! Again, I am sorry for the delay in response!

Hello Jon,

First and foremost I want to apologies for the delay in response. I will be happy to help you, I am sorry you are having issues with the app!

You can try to change the port number to 9090. To do this go to

Settings -> Transfer App -> HTTP Port and change the number that is there to 9090. Let's see if this helps the issue you are running into with the port #.

Let me know if this helps!

Hello Alan!

Thank you for posting your question here, I will be more then happy to assist you!

You can use the app to transfer photos and video to your PC and any iDevice (and between iDevices) but it doesn't allow you to delete the photos off your iDevice directly. Apple does not allow apps to delete photos so you will have to do it manually from where your photos are stored in the camera roll. If your photos are stored in another album then you need to use iTunes to delete those photos/videos by sync/unsync your photos/videos.

I hope this helps. Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance to you!

Warm Regards,

Amber

Hello!

First and foremost, I am sorry for the delay in response!

What version of windows are you using? Our app should never duplicate photos, especially transferring from Windows to iPad.

Please let me know the above :)

Hello!

First and foremost I apologies for the delay in response!

The app should work with Windows 8 using a web browser. What type of wifi network are you using? Can you connect from other computers connected to the same network?

Hello Tonya,

I am sorry you are having issues with the app as well!

I would recommend that you try and transfer only 1 photo. Not a batch to see if you continue to get the same formats pop up for the .zip file.

Here is another thing that you can try: Download all the images in the original version and format when you are not provided with the download full resolution link, please append the following to the address provided by the app:

http://:8080/photos.zip

That should initiate the download of your images. We are looking at this issue and we'll try to fix it as soon as possible.

Hello Steve,

Thank you for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you! I'm sorry you are having issues with the app and albums.

I would recommend that you close out the app, turn off / on your iPad, relaunch your photos app first then launch our app. Once you do that, try your transfer again! If you find that doesn't work then take a picture with your iPad to update your library. Sometimes the photos library just needs to be updated :)

Also have you tried using the mac app we have available? I would like to suggest maybe using our Mac app to transfer photos from iPad to your mac using our mac app:

Just install the software from the link and then launch the app on your iDevice and on the Mac. Your mac should discover your device when you click on "discover devices" button on the mac app. Also make sure that your iDevice and mac are connected to the same network.
