transfering photo albums from i phone to i pad
How can I transfer individual albums that are created on my iphone to my ipad or i photo without having to re-create the albums?

As of right now Apple does not provide a way for you to transfer an entire album / folder at one time. You can only transfer the content within.
To select multiple photos to upload from computer to your iDevice you need to press the 'Ctrl' key on windows or the 'Apple' key on mac as you select the photos that you want to transfer from your computer. Pressing this key will allow you to select and transfer multiple photos at one time.
To transfer multiple photos from iDevice to computer you just need to 'select all' from whatever album you want to transfer from. Just note that transferring a huge batch can take a little while to transfer.
