Hello Frank!

Thank you for posting your question here, I will be more then happy to help you!

Did you have the albums created already on the iPad before you transferred them over? Did you use our app to create the albums or did you create them using your iPad?

Are you transferring from iPad to iMac? or iMac to iPad? Have you tried using the Mac App we have available for the Macs? If not I would like to suggest maybe using our Mac app to transfer photos from iDevice to your mac (and visa versa):
http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/photo-...

Just install the software from the link and then launch the app on your iDevice and on the Mac. Your mac should discover your device when you click on "discover devices" button on the mac app. Also make sure that your iDevice and mac are connected to the same network.

Please let me know if this helps you!

Kind Regards,

Amber

Hello Mark!

Thanks for posting your question here, I will be more then happy to help you!

With the update of the new version of iOS5+ Apple decided to handle albums by duplicating all photos created in albums and sending it to the Camera Roll. We wish that it was handled differently, but unfortunately there isn't anything we can do as it has to do with Apple.

Something to note:
iTunes can create albums without having photos repeated on the camera roll, unfortunately that is an exclusive function of iTunes when synching. Third party apps like ours need to place the photos in the camera roll and also in the album. However, even when creating new albums directly on the 'Photos' app on the iDevice then then placing photos on the new album those photos are also repeated on the camera roll. So basically, the only way to have photos in their own and only album is synching albums with iTunes.

Please let me know if you have any more questions about the app or have any more questions in general. I will be happy to help you!

Warm Regards,

Amber

Hello Maria,

I will be happy to help you.

The iP address you looked doesn't look correct. Make sure you don't forget that there is a : after the 33. So it should look like http://192.168.55.33:8080.

Also make sure that you don't bookmark the website as it does tend to change :) Also note that some public wifi networks, such as work, might not be able to connect due to the routers configuration. Some public networks are configured to block communication which as a result will not allow the IP address to pop up. Unfortunately there isn't anything we can do about that because its a public network :(

Please let me know if you have any more issues with connecting or anymore questions!

Best,

Amber

Hello,

I will be happy to help you.

Our app supports videos in .MOV format. Was the video taken on your iPhone 4? Also what version if iPad are you sending too? Do you have the latest version of the app installed on both devices? Make sure to keep the app running on both devices.

Note: Sending a high resolution video taken on an iPhone 4 (iPhone4s) to an iPad lower then iPad3 may result in low quality because iPads lower then iPad3 cannot support high retina display ( or HD video 1080p ).

I would recommend you to try to open the 'Photos' app before you start a transfer to make sure that the photo catalog is up to date. Opening the photos app forces the database to get updated, then, try to transfer your videos again using our app. Sometimes the photo database needs to be updated before a transfer takes place otherwise the 'Photos' app interface returns an error.

If that does not work then, try this:

1. Open the 'Settings' app on your device and scroll down until you find our app ('Transfer')

2. Change the switch for 'Use old saving APIs' to ON and close the settings app.

Doing this will tell our application to use the old programming interfaces provided by Apple to save your photos. It looks like the new programming interface provided in the last SDK is having some problems with certain photos/videos. I hope that will fix the problem you are having. Let me know when you have a chance to try this out.

Have a nice day!

Kind regards,

Amber

Hello Thorsten,

I will be happy to help you.

It is the same process as transferring from Android to Android or Android to idevice. The button itself does not have "Android" on it but you would still select "send to another device (iphone or ipad)". We are currently working on an update for this so it is less confusing :)

Please let me know if you have any more questions.

Hello Tilip,

I am sorry you are having issues with the app, I'll be happy to help you.

Did you take the photos with your iPhone 4? Or did you transfer them over from another device? Our app accepts JPG, GIF and PNG so it should work.

When you transfer them, do you receive any error message? If so, what is it?

I would recommend you close the app out, launch your photos app first and then try your transfer again and see if that works.

Please let me know if this helps!

Kind Regards,

Amber
Dear Paul,

Thank you for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.

Is your video in a .MOV format? Did you modify the video in any software or app? Was it taken directly from your iDevice?

Also what is the length/size of the video you are trying to transfer over bluetooth? Have you tried to close out the app and relaunch it on both devices to give it a fresh connection and attempt your transfer again?

Please let me know if the above help along with the information :)

Kind Regards,

Amber

Dear Susan,

Thanks for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.

Our app requires that you have a computer and wifi to transfer photos/videos from your iDevice. So you need to have a computer in order to transfer from iPad to your external hard drive. It can't transfer over wireless to your external hard drive.

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any more questions, I will be more then happy to help :)
