Hello Karen,
Thank you for contacting us, I will be more then happy to help you!
When you transfer videos from your iPhone to your iPad it should be in your camera roll ( as well as any albums you might've transferred it too ). If you open the camera roll are you able to locate it there?
Did our app indicate that the transfer was successful? Make sure you keep the app running while you attempt to transfer.
Please let me know how I can assist you further, I will be more then happy to !

Amber

Phil,
Thanks for using Photo Transfer App and posting your question here. I will be happy to help you!
What program are you using to view your photos?
Note that if you are viewing your photos on the web browser some pictures will not be rotated on the proper way. This is because the browser can't detect the proper rotation.
To solve this please use the 'Download all photos as zip file', unzip the .zip file, and then open your photos with a image viewing software on your computer. Picassa desktop for example will be able to show the photos in the correct orientation.
I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other question.
Kind regards,
Amber

Hello Keith!
Thank you for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you!
The problem might be because of the longer videos taking up more memory to play on the PC. I don't think this is a direct issue with the videos themselves or the transfer itself.
The problem most likely is due to bigger videos taking up more memory and if the computer is an older device or does not have enough RAM then the video player may struggle to play the videos correctly.
I would recommend to upgrade to the latest version of Quick Time or use VLC:
http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/
http://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html
Please let me know if this helps you! Or if you have any more questions!
Warm Regards,
Amber

Steve,
I will be happy to help you.
Our app transfer's the photos as they are taken on your iDevice. If you open Windows Photo Viewer it should allow you to rotate it and then if you click left (or right) to scroll to the next photo it should save it.
Have you tried another program to view your photos?

Hello David,
Thank you for posting your question here, I will be happy to help you.
When you select photos to transfer make sure you don't have videos selected in with the batch of photos. This usually is the reason why you see a "THM" and "MOV" format. So transfer photos separate from videos.
From there you should be able to see the "download photos in a full resolution zip" button and that will allow you to have the full resolution of all your photos. Make sure you unzip the folder. To do so, right click on the photos.zip file and select 'extract all'.
Please let me know if you have any more questions!

Hello Karen,
I will be more then happy to help you. You need to unzip the zip file :) to do that simply right click on the zip file and select 'extract all'. From there it will extract the photos.zip file and create a new folder (with the same name) where you can then view all your images and rotate them as need be.
Note that if you are viewing your photos on the web browser some pictures will not be rotated on the proper way. This is because the browser can't detect the proper rotation. To solve this please use the 'Download all photos as zip file' and then open your photos with a image viewing software on your computer.

Hello Scott,
Thank you for contacting us, I will be happy to help you.
When you download your photos / videos to your computer you need to unzip the file. Make sure you right click on the file and hit "extract all". From there you can choose where to download the photos / videos too.
I would also suggest you right-click the 'Download photos as zip file' on the transfer web page to be able to select where to save the photos using the 'Save linked file as..' menu.
Please let me know if this helps!

Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry you are having problems with the app. Make sure you are typing the address in the address bar of your web browser and not the search engine of your web browser like google.
I would recommend you to double check that your iPhone/iPad and computer are connected to the same wifi network as sometimes the iPhone/iPad may join automatically another nearby network. Also, are you using a home wifi network or a public wifi network?
If you verified that they are in the same wifi network then you could try using the alternate address that appears on your iPhone/iPad when you launch our app (the one that says for Windows computers with a few numbers). Please note that sometimes it takes couple of attempts to establish communication.
Also, please make sure that you keep the app running on your device and that you type the address exactly as it appears on the app including the 'http://' and the ':8080' parts.
Finally, you could also try resetting your wifi router to make sure that all connections get refreshed. After you reset the wifi router you need to join the network again on your iPhone/iPad and try the transfer process again.
I hope this helps. Please let me know if you continue having problems, if you do please send me the address that you are getting to check if it looks ok. I will be very happy to help.
Kind regards,
Amber
