Transferred Videos Are Rotated 90 Degrees
I created videos with iPhone 3GS. They were created with the phone held vertically so on the phone they appear in portrait layout i.e. the longer dimension vertical. However when I transfer them to a Windows based PC with the app, the longer dimension of the video is horizontal. The videos aren't useful to me in this layout and I can't rotate them so the long dimension is vertical. Are any remedies available?

I am sorry that you are having problems with playing videos. I will be more then happy to help you.
Our app transfers your videos exactly as they are stored on your iPhone including the rotation headers so most likely is the software that you are using on your computer that can't read the rotation headers correctly. What software are you using to view the videos? I would recommend you to try to download Quicktime from Apple which should display the videos correctly:

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any more questions/comments or concerns.
Warm Regards,
Amber
